Absolutely Appalling Experience - Beware!

I am beyond furious with the level of service we received at this establishment. It's taken me a while to write this review, but I can't let others suffer the same infuriating ordeal we endured.

My friend and I stumbled upon this place out of desperation as it seemed to be the only option with available seating. To our dismay, the lack of customers soon made sense as we witnessed the atrocious behavior of one of the waiters. He appeared completely disinterested in serving us, not bothering to engage in a proper conversation or even use a respectful tone.

My blood boils as I recall how the waiter not only showed a complete lack of interest in serving us but also had the audacity to discuss me and my friend in a disparaging manner that we could clearly overhear. It was an utter display of unprofessionalism and disrespect that left us feeling humiliated and offended. This establishment should be utterly ashamed of such behavior among its staff.

I hope this review serves as a warning to potential patrons, and I sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to rectify their abysmal service standards. My anger and disappointment know no bounds, and I will never set foot in this...

We had a lovely meal with friends here. It was such a great experience. The food was delicious, with generous portions. The staff was very helpful and attentive (something you don't often see in Yerevan). They often came back to the table to check on the group. They were also able to accommodate my vegan diet which was great! I had the vegan mushroom risotto, it was lovely. Since we ordered as a group to share most of the meal, they came back to point out what I could and couldn't have. After dinner, we hung out downstairs for drinks! Wow! Each drink was delicious! Highly recommend you come here for a meal! From the food to the staff to drinks & atmosphere, it was amazing!...

I love having breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Machar 44! I enjoy meals here at least twice a month - both solo and with family and/or friends. I love the salmon, chicken sticks, Caesar salad, and their homemade machar (of course). My husband loves the steak salad and our toddler loves the broccoli soup.

It’s located at the Cascade complex, so it’s perfect for a meal after touring this part of Yerevan.

Machar 44 is also a wonderful place to host events. Since November 2021, I’ve hosted two birthday parties and two networking events here - perfect service and food each...
