My wife recently had a terrible experience at this restaurant that left her shocked and disappointed. She went in excited to enjoy an evening out, but encountered extremely rude behavior from a staff member named Luisa (or at least that's the name she gave, after initially refusing to provide it).
From the start, Luisa was hostile and shouted at my wife for no reason. She rudely pointed to a small table and, when my wife asked to see the rest of the restaurant, Luisa sarcastically questioned if the small table wasn't enough space, with a condescending expression.
Despite my wife's polite demeanor and speaking in English, Luisa abruptly switched to Russian, assuming my wife was Russian without even asking. This assumption and the language switch felt disrespectful and unprofessional.

Read moreCame here by friends recommendation and we're very disappointed. Place is priced significantly above average, like top Yerevan restaurants. Our experience: Restaurant is located in creepy cellar, there is no premium feeling there. Nobody greeted us at entrance, we had to go inside and find staff ourselves. Waiter was wearing casual clothes and T-shirt, like she is at home. Few staff members were roaming around everybody also wearing casual dress. We ordered appetiser - liver paste and it came in a very small portion, taste was ok, it came served on a stone but paste was rock solid. So basically you can cut and it eat it, but you can not spread it on bread. And there was no bread coming with it. We asked for bread and waiter brought to us few pieces of terrible bread, there tasted like it was made couple of days ago. At that point we decided not to explore menu further and left. Kind of place that pretend to be restaurant...

Indeed, the service welcomes you with open arms into The Club. The menu is rotating and seasonal, as the waitress pointed out to me, to ensure freshness of ingredients and locality. Grilled proteins are kissed with flame to get that great smoky charred flavor and adored with sauces and expertly prepared sauces. I also loved their wine and was steered to several excellent reds over the course of my dinner. I was also gifted some dessert, an example of the gracious hospitality of the restaurant. Would...
