We had the pleasure of dining at Artesse for me and my girlfriend's first anniversary together, and our expectations were more than met, shattered indeed. Firstly the palace that hosts the restaurant was beautiful and since we firstly entered the windowed door we were kindly and elegantly met by the coat checker who took our coats and brought us to Karoline, the waitress who accompanied us throughout this wonderful journey. We were promptly seated in a spot of our choice and shortly after Karoline began introducing us to the history of the palace and subsequently of the restaurant that came to be and also of the chef's culinary heritage and journey. Karoline was very kind, well-spoken and felt very passionate about her job and about the history of the restaurant and of all the dishes that we had the pleasure to eat on our special evening.
The service in general was perfect, we couldn't perceive the slighest mistake by any of the staff, for all the duration of our stay. The dishes we were served were very delicate and versatile. The complexity the chef was able to achieve with each dishes was astounding, we, most of all, apreciated the sturgeon, and deer plates, as well as the elegance of the amuse bouche.
We would lite to thank the chef and all the staff for such an exellent job and for our unforgettable experience.

Read moreThis place was fantastic!! Best food I ate in one week spent in Vienna and Krakow. There was no choice for the menu other than choosing if you wanted the smaller or bigger tasting menu. We chose the bigger one and the amount of food we were served was unholy. I'm not even joking I got sick because of how much food I ate and that hasn't happened since I was a kid. My dad, who is a big eater, was completely stuffed by the end. All that to say, every single thing we ate was an explosion of flavour and was so beautifully presented. The one thing we really didn't like was the pork, where they used a cut of meat which is usually thrown out and is almost entirely fat. It's the square topped with caviar in my photos for reference and it just felt like you were eating pure fat which I cannot do. There was also three courses of dessert to top it all off. ANYWAYS, incredibly delicious food with...
Read moreArtesse Restaurant is a must-visit dining destination. The food is top-notch, with two of the six dishes we tried being the best duck and cheese cake variation I have ever had. It's worth noting that this is only a sample of the culinary delights on offer, and every dish we tried was top-of-the-line. The degustation menu can take up to 4 hours, but it's a small price to pay for such an amazing experience. The service is impeccable, with the staff providing excellent storytelling about each dish and wine. The kitchen chief even personally serves some of the dishes, adding a unique touch to the experience. I highly recommend Artesse Restaurant to anyone looking for a truly exceptional dining experience.
it is only a matter of time before it receives the Michelin star it deserves. Honestly, I am rally surprise that they don’t have it ;) Michelin reviewers - you need to...
