My recent visit to Scootz Cafe on Pultney Street in Adelaide, South Australia, was nothing short of a culinary revelation. Not only did I experience exceptional service from the friendly staff, but I also had the pleasure of savoring the outstanding 'Burger with the Lot.'

Let's talk about the star of the show - the 'Burger with the Lot.' This burger is an absolute triumph of flavors and textures. From the very first bite, it was evident that Scootz Cafe takes its burger game seriously:

Freshness and Generosity: The burger was a masterpiece of freshness and generosity. Piled high with an abundance of fresh, crisp vegetables, it was a sight to behold. Each bite was a delightful medley of textures and tastes, making it an absolute joy to devour. Perfectly Cooked Patty: The burger patty itself was a work of art. Cooked to perfection, it was juicy, flavorful, and boasted a satisfying char. It was clear that Scootz Cafe's attention to detail extended to every component of this burger. Flavor Explosion: What sets this burger apart is the perfect balance of flavors. The combination of cheese, sauces, and the medley of toppings created a harmonious explosion of taste. It was a symphony for the taste buds, and I savored every bite. Visually Stunning: Not only did the 'Burger with the Lot' taste incredible, but it was also a visual feast. The presentation was impeccable, showcasing the care and craftsmanship that goes into each dish at Scootz Cafe. Now, let's circle back to the friendly staff. Their warm welcome, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm for their food and customers enhanced the overall dining experience. They made sure that my visit was not just about great food but also about creating lasting memories.

In summary, Scootz Cafe's 'Burger with the Lot' is a culinary masterpiece that deserves all the accolades it receives. If you're a burger connoisseur or simply looking for a memorable dining experience in Adelaide, this burger should be at the top of your list. Coupled with the exceptional service from the friendly staff, a visit to Scootz Cafe is an absolute must. I can't wait to return for another taste of this burger and the warm hospitality that makes Scootz Cafe truly...

I missed lunch and called in to Scootz mid afternoon as I needed a snack. So I asked if it was still not to late to have a toasted ham tomato and cheese sandwich made, they said yes. They then asked me if it was OK for the bread to be a lepinja instead of bread, I presumed they'd run out of bread so said yes. They go to the fridge to get the lepinja and I see loaves of sliced bread. Not wanting to cause a fuss I didn't say anything. I also asked for a cup of flat white coffee. They had made a mug of coffee instead of a cup without asking me and obviously from the bill had also charged considerably more for the toasted sandwich being a lepinja. What hurt the most was it was definitely one of the worst cup of coffee I've had in the last 10 years (I left 3/4 of it ) and the toasted sandwich was very ordinary also. This is the 1st time I've ever taken the time to give a bad review for food but I felt that I'd been charged extra for no legitimate reason for food and coffee that was well...

We had a very late (midday) breakfast here after considering a pub lunch then falling for the lure of the all-day breakkie.... and holy moly am I glad we did - it was easily the best Salmon Benny I have ever had, and judging by the numerous proclamations of satisfaction at the meal for hours after, my dining buddy felt the same about the Bacon Benny!

Perfectly poached eggs; Generous smoked salmon; Generous and perfectly wilted spinach; Generous hollandaise; Served on perfectly toasted turkish bread.

On top of that, the atmosphere is pretty cute, the seating arrangements are very comfortable and laid back, and the staff are just above-and-beyind delightful people.

Will be back! (Probably within...

First time at Scootz! Not the last time either. Partner and I got the steak sandwich in a combo. Then also got the big breaky. Steak sandwich lovely w/ freshly cooked chips. Good amount of salt Slight downfall. The scrambled eggs were too heavy on milk which unfortunately made the taste super milky. Everything else with the breaky was super lovely. Service was nice and I’m glad to see this place still running at an affordable price. I’ve seen some average reviews prior to mine and the place has no hidden costs. Hoping my second visit back can improve this rating to 5! Thanks Team

We had come for a trip to Adelaide from Melbourne, we were looking for somewhere ro have breakfast and this place happened to be just around the corner from our hotel, the food was amazing, the staff were lovely and very enthusiastic and you can tell they love what they do. They all had great energy and enthusiasm and made sure we had a great time. We had two of the Scootz big brekkys and it was the best breakfast my partner and I had ever had and absolutely amazing prices. My partner and I said as we walked out that we have to come back to Adelaide and try more of their menu !
