I visited this place for first time last weekend. Few Nepali friends took us to r there, we were 8 friends in total. Ambiance is good enough to attract guests but service and behavior forced me not to visit this place again. And yes for sure I never will. We ordered scotch and bartender (man with curly hair) asked for any double shot, I asked that how much extra for double shot. Bar tender replied oh it’s same price. I said yes for double shot and he charged $44 for 2 scotch and I shockingly asked, he bro u said same price, why u charging double. I know English is his second language, but he immediately got rude with us and told us that you guys are older than me why don’t u understand it can never be same price for single shot and double shot. I thought wow, dude do u even know what u talking about. He literally said twice that u don’t have any sense I said same price extra ( he never said that- he just said “same price). Well we were enjoying our boys night out so I didn’t have enough time to raise it to manager, we paid $44 for two scotch and continued our fun.
When we received our food, same guy came and we asked what food got chicken and which I’ve is vegetarian. He got perplexed, didn’t have a clue regarding what food is he giving to whom. I mean bruh this can be fatal mistake if you serve food to someone who are allergic to some ingredients.
Later on we ordered more food, a lady delivered food to table and guess what? Same story different person. She did not have a clue what was she carrying in her hand, she said I have been asked to deliver here so she did. She had to go back to kitchen and found out which dish got what food and served to us. I mean really guys, is it too hard to ask chef what food u delivering and get a chit sheet if u can’t remember, nothing wrong in carrying chit sheet to prevent fatal mistakes. So people with allergies, stay away from this place to be safest. Food tasted mediocre. Hope not to...
Read moreHORRIBLE! RUDE Customer service 🙄
They offer table service but they (FOH staff not all but some seriously) literally throw a bottle of water and menu cards on table, no greetings, no smile no any basic customer service. As if we (customer) are here to beg for food.
Ordered veg jhol momo today but instant reply with grumpy face is WE DONT HAVE VEG MOMO. No alternative suggestion, no sorry, no nothing for this issue.
Had veg jhol momo few month back and there was fly on that. We mentioned that issue to one of the FOH staff and reply was shocking. She said its not from them as if we brought fly from home. Disgusting.
This is nepalese food based restaurant and staffs are nepalese even most of the customers are nepalese so where you guys find that hard to talk nice, greet nice? Even you can speak and greet in your own language. And to smile you dont need to learn any language and do not need to pay anything. You may have many things in your life but in a workplace try to be professional.
Need serious change in FOH staffs attitude. Food is okay but if you feel bad while you get in you gonna spoil your mood and you can not enjoy eat out.
We are in the place where every people in the street greets you with big smile no matter whatever in their life so please realise this is business place and we are customer.
7.FYI this review is not based on first visit. I have been here for more than 15 times and the matter of customer service is getting worse.
I can't say change it but expect to improve. Cheers. We have life outside of this too so lets...
Read moreAwesome Parmi & Steakhouse has an extensive menu for serving more than 21 options. Although the place is in heart of Valley, we were surprised to find that the place was not even half full during peak weekend hours. They have 2 sitting areas i.e., indoors and outdoors. We preferred covered outdoors area as it looked cosy and comfy. The indoor seating area looked bit plain eventhough with a pool table thrown in. We ordered 4 different parmi's and the base not surprisingly was the same i.e., chicken breast which was borderline dry. The toppings changed as per the menu suggested, yet it failed to deliver the punch. Loved the presentation but somehow nothing clicked. The salad was just plain green leaves, hope they would have drizzled some dressing. The chips were good and crisp, less oily and served hot. The portion size varied from plate to plate which seemed bit confusing. The topping lacked some flavours. Although I would say the efforts were all there but maybe it requires some tweaking that a experienced chef can deliver. Also I was confused to see Indian/Nepali food in menu? Anyhow this place has potential to excel providing the housekeeping and décor is up tight. The menu card is just an A4 laminated sheet with food still stuck on it. If you are delivering pub classics - the place should look and feel like one. Currently it looks like a family restaurant. Minor improvements will yield...
