I booked and paid a deposit for a function space at Bloodhound Bar in early March for an event that was happening April. I had been in correspondence with the venue for several weeks following the booking regarding food and drink choices. However, it was not until I attended the venue to check out the space in person in early April was I told that they had double-booked and would no longer be honouring my booking.
Despite attempting to offer solutions to them and explaining the ramifications of their cancellation, they still refused to honour my booking. With the short time frame between when they notified me of their cancellation and the date of the event, I was left scrambling to find an alternative venue within close proximity. ✨ Definitely worth a stop on a Valley bar...
