Crust Pizza New Farm — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I bought a so called supreme pizza, even asked them to please make sure you put alot on it . 1/2 of it only had little pieces of mushrooms and cheese. One piece of capsicum i found and a hole pile of onions and cheese mainly made the so called supreme pizza. I rung them a guy answered i told him i wanted to complain about the pizza. Then he just put me onto a girl then she couldnt umderstand english that good nor did she understand what i was trying to tell her . Never again , if i wanted a pizza hut pizza i would of gone there . You would think a independant pizza place would take care of there customers ! Not this store ! I dont do reveiws normally but Do they understand english and is that why i never got a supreme ? After i couldnt find parking and driving around to find parking for at least 20 mins to order it and then run down the road cause i was parking in a loading zone at first . Waited down a side street then went back around to pick it up after 15 mins . Waste...

Hi all… Be wary of these guys. If they get your order wrong .. they are uncontactable to remedy the issue.

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza at for delivery at 7.08pm Saturday August 24. It was delivered quickly enough to the Valley in 30 minutes but it was the wrong pizza.

I quickly rang and messaged the delivery driver when I realised the mistake. (I had his number because he messaged me on arrival) But the call was not answered and the message ignored.

I then rang the contact number listed in the confirmation email. I rang about 25 times over 90 minutes but their phone was off the hook.

I’m guessing they just don’t want to deal with incorrect orders/complaints while they are busy .. and hope the customer won’t bother to follow up the next day.

Getting the wrong pizza is not a big issue at all. Every restaurant makes mistakes from time to time. But not making yourself available to remedy the error is not good enough. ...

We recently ordered from both Domino’s and here in quick succession. D’s was actually disgusting, it tasted like - you know when you visit a friend who can’t cook and just throws ok ingredients together but the result is somehow just awful (true story), it’s like that. My partner said he only orders every so often because it’s so cheap but really - are we not worth a tasty dinner? I’d never had pizza from here but my partner said it’s good. We had the truffle beef and one of the new Pepperonis with creamy ricotta and especially the beef was delish. The Pepperoni was just a tad too sweet with the caramelised onion. Of course it’s never gonna be like the pizza that just came out of a wood-fired oven whilst sat in a restaurant, but for delivery - I was positively surprised! Speaking of, I was given 30min delivery estimate and to the second - on the 30th minute buzz at the door. Nice and...
