Food tastes good, but service is lacking. Went on Saturday night for family member's birthday (July 20191) and had the all you can eat buffet. 17 of us across 2 tables. Issues included: asked for more steamed rice as kids wanted more & first plate brought out wasn't a huge serve either. Was told they were all out of steamed rice. (What kind of Chinese restaurant runs out of rice???) some initial dishes ordered were "forgotten" until we asked about them ~half hour after the other dishes had come out first entree plate brought out was measly; 4 items of each, 1 per adult at the table. Meanwhile 3 kids hungry and there was only 4 prawn crackers on the plate. had to chase down staff to order more food/drinks. I understand they're probably trying to minimise waste, etc., but advertising and all you can eat buffet shouldn't mean you let your patrons order once at beginning and then ignore them. I have to say if you are a fan of Chinese dishes but hope the food are not that salty so that you can enjoy the true nature of the flavour, Golden Palace is the place to go. We've ordered the 6 people set and it was without any doubt FABULOUS !!!! Fish tasted alive and melt in my mouth and beef and chicken are really at their best tenderness. It doesn't give you oily feeling or too much heavy gravy as you can normally find in other Chinese restaurant.

I kept saying that I felt so lucky to find them in google by random search and they've opened 22 years. I would definitely recommend to my friends and bring my friends to here, or even order take away from here. You will will not be disappointed on every dish you've ordered. The host Lily is very nice and friendly, and if you do have anything special preference (e.g. no pepper, no chilli etc) do let her know so that she can give you good...

I have been coming here for over 5 years. Vegetables always crisp and fresh. Meat is tender and delicious and containers always bulging with goodness. I think I have ordered everything on the menu bar vegetarian. My favourites are Beef & Black Bean and Chicken Satay.
