iZOO Espresso — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I think a more simple menu would suit this place as they only have little staff. The staff use toastie machines to cook. The big disappointment is you can see them cooking food, making coffees, using the till, clearing tables. Not wiping tables with disinfectant, not washing their hands in between food. I saw someone probe a flip into dairy, gluten and chicken and putting it back without wiping it. This is what is going to make people sick so please have better hygiene. Hashbrowns are cooked on grill top so taste worse than a home cooked oven job.

Busy place but could be so much better with...

Probably the most unpretentious place in town… the food is absolutely basic and definitely well underpriced… The coffee is just always delicious. Now when it comes to service… this would have to be the happiest place with the happiest people working together. Never complaining about anything, always with a beautiful smile. Trust me… you would have to be a total ignorant person if you said anything different than me and the continuous regulars that visit this place every day of the week. I’m extremely grateful to know good simple businesses...

I tried to order a bacon and egg wrap. The bacon was raw and I asked the girls to cook it so that I wouldn't get sick. Their attitude was appalling when asked them to do a simple task. Have these girls been trained? They then started talking in Chinese obviously about my request in a not so nice manner. I don't think they know the difference between ham and bacon? Anyway keep the food and my money, Ill never be back to this garbage cafe! How are they still...
