—For all the customers— Definitely one of my fav restaurants. We went here for my birthday, the chef and the staff there were super kind and serving food with enthusiasm.

Ordered the 9 course set and an extra fish with steamed eggs. They are using the best materials to making their food, so there is the chance that they replaced some dishes to coordinate with the daily catch supplies. However, there is no chance for them to let you down! They replaced some material which may even lead you to a better taste tour!

For sure, all the dishes are awesome. Personally, I would say the top 3 impressived dishes of the set menu are shallot flavored free range chicken with buns, trout with risotto dressed with finger lime, Maotai ice cream. Oh no, I forgot the last dish - Lamb with veggies which is cool more like Western style! The lamb was cooked in a perfect level soft and juicy and the sauce was the spirit of this dish!

Beside the course, the extra ordered trout with steamed eggs is the MVP of the night! Highly recommended! You cannot find this in anywhere else in Brisbane I would say. You will be surprised once you have the first bite of the fish!

Everything in the dishes are just perfect! 10 out of 10! Will definitely go back to try other dishes next time.

If you are considering about the value, the portion and the taste, with no doubt you need to try this! Magnolia is not just a simple Chinese restaurant, the chef made dishes with heart, he integrated some Japanese/western style in sauce and cooking techniques and presented the dishes as best as they should be. Every single dish is unique!

We have been to several restaurants and tried their set course, however, Magnolia is the only one that made us stuffed to our limit. But even there was no room for any food, we still enjoyed so much in their dishes and finished them all!
