Absolutely Appalled by there service, Booked this apartment for an event i have on in two weeks, I booked a good 3 MONTHS in advance to be sure to get accommodation for this event as everything books out fast for the amount of people i needed accommodation for, They Cancelled on me two weeks before i was due to arrive saying they didn't have a room available!!!!! when i had booked three months before hand!! then they had the cheek to tell me that they had sorted this out asap to leave me enough time to sort out additional accommodation...when everything is now booked out or super expensive!!! what a joke will never use this place again!!!!!!!!!Please be aware when booking with...

Great set of new apartments, fantastic location in Fortitude Valley.... Out of the way enough so that it's not too noisy but close enough that you can be anywhere on the valley in less than ten minutes, and the metro station is only a 3 minute walk away and the next stop is Brisbane Central. Spacious apartments and a lovely roof terrace with plenty of places to sit and admire the view...

absolutely terrible. Nice apartment but everyone was super rude and arrogant. Had to ask 3 times for directions on how to check out as no one was at front desk and weren’t told at the beginning of our stay.They didn’t say how to do it. Also, didn’t follow through with a late check out request. Never going back....
