Service: 1/5. During my visit to the shop at 4 pm, I encountered two girls, one of whom was Asian. I took photos of the coffee machine area while the Asian girl was preparing the coffee. They immediately assumed that I was filming her, even though I wasn't. After showing them the photos in which her hands appeared, they still insisted that I delete the photos. Their behavior was very rude and unwelcoming. I believe they were trying to make me delete the photos because the place was not clean.

Cleanness: 1.5/5. The coffee machine, tools for preparation, and overall area were dirty. The lack of cleanliness made me feel uncomfortable and hesitant to order any food or drinks.

Long black coffee: 5/5. The long black coffee was the only redeeming factor of my visit. They used medium roast coffee beans and it was delicious and well-made.

I come here to get coffee and muffin every now and then since it's my local store, and I have beena member for several years. Billy, the boy served at the front is a joke! His attitude was like I owed him a thousand dollars when he asked for my ID. It was not a problem to ask for it, but his tone was like I lied and rolled his eyes when I said' really'? Sorry I didn't know that I had to show my ID when claim my Birthday muffin! I showed him my ID anyways at the end, them he said it was the company policy. Ok, if you said that nicely at the beginning. Birthday muffin is the reward not a punishment. Thanks for your disgusting service on my birthday. Please hire someone who has hospitality and well trained with the service...

Staff behave rude, no respect for regular customers. Lady almost threw money at me. I did not ask for a refund. I politely said quish is broken, she snatched food and threw quish in the rubbish and threw money at me. Date 14/09 time between 2pm to 2.15pm. I didn't ask for a refund. The lady was rude and blaming that I am giving you a refund. I did not accept a refund and left the place without food. I will never go there again.
