Ordered beef noodle soup. It tasted exactly like the Vietnamese pho instant pack you can get at an Asian market for $2 a pack. Yet the broth was extremely sweet like eating a dessert. At some point, I had to ask for chili sauce and lemon to get rid of the sweetness. When I asked her for condiments, the lady was so confused and stated they don’t have chili sauce. Extra chilli on the side is $0.50….What kind of Thai restaurant literally doesn’t have condiments when they state on their menu that they are an "authentic Thai restaurant"? As an Asian myself, the taste was not suitable at all. Besides that, the beef in the noodles was so chewy that I had to leave all the meat and eat only the noodles. The braised beef was so hard, almost like eating a rock, and so bland, it tasted like they had just boiled it in water. The beef balls had such a strong, beefy taste that they felt like they were made from old meat. I do not recommend getting this dish, and it was $20, far too expensive for the quality…maybe other dish would be better. But from my experience, I will never visit again! Service was very nice though.

is that a omlette 😂😂 i have never seen like that omlette 🥲 just a fried egg and rice too. Not recommended. never come again!! Edited reply @siam spice: You wrote that’ already ate half, i just divided half food for my sons cup, then tried to eat it, that was too much oily, salty, and just rice and 2-3 fried eggs 🤮😂😂. I already paid around 20$, i had just 2 choice that throw it away or eat. i just arrived today in Brisbane, that was the first meal. Very disappointed!!! your food, your service and your reply!!

I work nearby and go regularly. This place has amazing food! I really like eating here. Giving one star however because clearly their pans or woks are like, disintegrating or something? I had a metal shard in my noodles. Like just straight metal shard. Didn't notice until it was in my mouth and didn't cause too much damage luckily. Not sure I want to go back right now though... If you do, just be careful.

We went to the restaurant and have been told it will take about 30mins for the food being make, since there is a storm happening and there were plenty of uber orders so yeah I can understand that. But I got the food which the quality of them don't worthy for the prices. The tomyum didn't taste right, it had weird smell and the flavor not even closes to the "real" tomyum. The barramundi dish was so dry, the sauce wasn't enough to cover even just 1 piece of them.

The services were poor and the staffs were so unprofessional. I got the food probably within 30mins, but my friend who has ordered right next after me had to wait up to 45mins still didn't get the food, then I have to asked the waitress where is the food? She went to ask the kitchen, and then kept doing her job, then she stay there kinda shout at us "the docket is missing so we gonna make it now"?? The waitress was not even apologize since my friend had been wait up to nearly an hour just for a loosing order's docket response? We can't sit there any longer so we decided to take away. And when she hung the food to us, again, not even sorry for the waiting, she put there then left. And my friend's food also was not good when it costs $44 just for only 2 small meals. The pork salad was too much sour, couldn't taste any different flavor. The fried rice was soaking wet and it wasn't even look like fried rice.. It felt like eating sticky rice instead.

I don't wanna rate your restaurant for 1 star but to be honest, your food is not that good when the customers have to pay for that much money. I recommend you need to improve the quality of the food as well as the services if you wanna keep...

DON'T ORDER ONLINE! I placed my order through the booking option on their website (wich is run by a company called UpToasted QLD Pty Ltd) after 3 minutes I got a message saying that it failed as my order wasn't accepted at the restaurant, possibly as they are too busy. I clicked on "try again" and ended up with the same message again. Meanwhile the payment for the order came of my account  twice without the order even being accepted by the restaurant. I also received a message that the money will be refunded to me within the next 7 days. After calling the restaurant directly I was told that they can see my order and that they failed to accept it on time as they didn't hear the notification sound. They weren't able to accept the booking as the 3min time limit had passed but assured me that I eventually will get my money back from that online booking provider. So I ended up ordering over the phone and had to pay a third time on pick up. This was highly frustrating and I will never book online through UpToasted ever again. In all fairness the food was good but the whole booking experience had a negative impact on...
