The chicken is good but the female with glasses tonight really make me concern about food hygiene and safety. She handle me my cooked chicken while I can literally see she’s touching raw chicken skin in the kitchen just seconds ago. This is absurd and unhygienic.
Moreover, she also nearly charged me extra money, it was suppose to be $30ish but she nearly charged $42, if it was not my boyfriend who point it out then we wouldn’t even know. She also did not apologise in anyway and just ignore it and show a bit of attitude when he corrected her. She also took the bubble tea order wrong where I asked for 25% sugar and less ice but was given a full sugar and full ice one instead.
As a very regular customer for the last few years, I’m very disappointed with the quality delivered.

Read moreI visited your store yesterday and had an issue with my order and the service I received. The staff member who served me was dismissive and didn't want to listen to what I was saying. He charged me for an extra Boba tea that I didn’t order. He told me the refund would be processed, but I was never asked to tap my card again—which I know is required for EFTPOS refunds—so the refund was never completed.
What also frustrated me was when I asked for both receipts as proof of purchase, I was only given one and not the other.
Unfortunately, my daughter really enjoys coming here, and I would like to continue being a customer. Could you please help me resolve this and process the refund for the extra drink I didn’t order? As this isn't my mistake I have over paid.. I can provide transaction...
Read moreSTAY AWAY!!! The tables are always dirty. Honestly, everything is dirty—even the kitchen. The staff seems constantly pressured and can be rude, which I totally get because of the stress they’re under. But the real issue is the incompetent manager. I was working nearby and phoned in an order. They told me I could pay when I picked it up, so I drove over after 5 minutes. When I got there, they claimed no one had ever placed my order and told me to wait another 10-15 minutes! I was livid and just left. It ruined my entire day. When I called the manager, he had the nerve to tell me you can only order online. Seriously?! Why not just tell me that in the first place? It was such a waste of time....
