A little shop with alot to love. Aside from its adorable cat-theme, this bubble tea shop is quickly becoming one of my favorites.

The service remains consistently top-tier, with friendly and helpful staff who were more than happy to sort out my membership and explain how it works. It remains one of the easiest sign-ups I've had regarding the bubble-tea world. The shop always has a clean environment and comfortable seats and couches where one can sit to enjoy their bubble tea, but I can see this shop becoming busy in rush-hour so make sure to seek it out during quieter periods if you want a place to relax.

The tea itself is what makes Miu Tea shine. It's strong in flavour, but not overpowering and if you go for the fruit teas, you'll find yourself pleasantly refreshed. Sometimes, bubble teas leave one wanting more, but not Miu Tea! Every visit has left me satisfied if not with a better mood. The tea flavors remain reliable in consistency and strength, speaking highly of the brews and its standard of quality. Miu gets extra points for having real fruit slices in the mixed-fruit Tea which I thought was a wonderful touch to an already great drink.

I recommend it highly to anyone seeking out lesser known bubble-tea spots and of course, to any cat lovers out there, given Miu Tea sticks to it's feline theme through and through.

Customer service has always been a bit iffy here, the server has never greeted me before and I have been here about 6 times. I brought my friend here the other day because they do serve good beverages but I was embarrassed by the rude customer service. No “hi”, “how are you”, no “thank you”, no smile, nothing. The drinks here are expensive too, and we are paying customers so to be treated like we were not even there was perplexing.

Also, this place does not have non-dairy options for the milk teas which is also baffling because all bubble tea stores have soy or almond milk options. I would urge people to try Cafe Artease across the street instead since customer service is so much much better, even if they do not have as many bubble tea options. But they are much more lactose-free and vegan friendly.

The only reason I’m not giving one star is because of the good beverages here, but I am tempted to. However, credit needs to be given where...

Customer service is extraordinary, contrary to the reviews that I scrolled through. The lady before me got the wrong drink and the girls serving her immediately apologised and remade her drink. Some places wouldn’t bother.

Cashier was very kind and when she caught quickly onto how we could speak mandarin, things flowed smoothly from there. She would shoot us a smile once in a while to let us know that her mind was still present and focusing on our conversation which I appreciated.

I didn’t expect it but today was the day I fell in love. The brulee milk tea with pearls was like slurping heaven. The reviews don’t lie! Will absolutely be coming back with motives of purchasing a dozen more.

However, if I am to be critical, the pudding-like liquid at the very top was a little too sweet for ‘quarter sugar’. Otherwise, perfect.

Everything was definitely...

I had never tried their bubble tea before so I thought I'd give it a go. Got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea and a regular Milk Tea. The drinks themselves were nice and I'm glad they didn't fill the whole cup with ice :) Update: I went today and tried the Creme Brulee Milk Tea. It was good However I think the business would benefit greatly if another person was rostered on to support the other worker. She was very fast and efficient despite the amount of stress and influx of drinks she had to make. Props to her professionalism â˜ș
