Probably the worst pho I've ever had in my life. It is cheap and fast, which may explain the quality and service, but I couldn't finish it. It had 1 bean sprout, the meat looked like thinly sliced chicken, tasted like a watered down version of 2min instant noodles, and I couldn't hear the lady calling out the numbers properly from around the side. So although she could see me and knew it was my order, she didn't bother to tell me. I kind of figured it must be mine as no one picked it up after a minute. I very rarely, if at all, leave bad reviews, but this one left a bad taste in my mouth (figuratively and literally).

I had already brought lunch from home, but my colleague was getting takeaway from Sing’s Vietnamese Chargrill in Post Office Square and it was only going to be $1 via the Ritual app (Brisbane launch offer), and I could get him to pick it up for me thanks to the piggyback feature in the app, so I caved! We all got the grilled chicken Thai fried rice (normally $9.80). The vegetables that came with it could’ve been cooked a bit longer to soften more, but otherwise it was a good portion for the price and pretty tasty to boot.

Favourite place to go get a quick and tasty takeaway lunch. The uncle manning the counter is always friendly and happy to make any modifications to the order. I really like the Vietnamese chicken noodle soup when I’m not feeling too good (picture attached) but the char kway teow and tom yum are all really good. Prices are very reasonable for the serving size and service is very quick. Always lots of fresh veggies in the meal as well.

I have eaten in here almost every week at least once or twice but the quality has somehow changed substantially. There is an obvious less care for the food they make than what they use to have. Also prices jumped up $2 from one day to the next; I understand an increase due to everything going up but more than a 20% increase (from $9.8 to $11.80) in exactly the same food than the day before is a tad abusive, specially when there is also a credit card surcharge which I think that should be illegal everywhere. I personally have stopped going to Sing's, still a choice for food but they have lost the value point that they used to have, there are better options in the vicinity that you can get for Sing's...

Liked it so much, I went there two days in a row for lunch (and I was only in Brisbane for 2 days!). Theres a lot of people lining up for the fresh cooked offerings, but I grabbed the ready made rolls, one pork, one beef (for the princely sum of $5!), asked them to put some chili in the dipping sauce. Magic combination! Nice hit from the chili, the meat was lovely, and I got some fresh herb tang as well. I was nearly disappointed coming late the next day - no rolls - but they kindly made me up some fresh with chicken. Second outing as good as the first - these are my go-to rolls for a cheap satisfying lunch in the...
