Sing's Vietnamese Chargrill — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I have eaten in here almost every week at least once or twice but the quality has somehow changed substantially. There is an obvious less care for the food they make than what they use to have. Also prices jumped up $2 from one day to the next; I understand an increase due to everything going up but more than a 20% increase (from $9.8 to $11.80) in exactly the same food than the day before is a tad abusive, specially when there is also a credit card surcharge which I think that should be illegal everywhere. I personally have stopped going to Sing's, still a choice for food but they have lost the value point that they used to have, there are better options in the vicinity that you can get for Sing's...

Liked it so much, I went there two days in a row for lunch (and I was only in Brisbane for 2 days!). Theres a lot of people lining up for the fresh cooked offerings, but I grabbed the ready made rolls, one pork, one beef (for the princely sum of $5!), asked them to put some chili in the dipping sauce. Magic combination! Nice hit from the chili, the meat was lovely, and I got some fresh herb tang as well. Probably the worst pho I've ever had in my life. It is cheap and fast, which may explain the quality and service, but I couldn't finish it. It had 1 bean sprout, the meat looked like thinly sliced chicken, tasted like a watered down version of 2min instant noodles, and I couldn't hear the lady calling out the numbers properly from around the side.
