I recently had the pleasure of visiting my local Subway branch, and I must say, the experience was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Kim. From start to finish, Kim's dedication, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm made my visit an absolute delight.
First and foremost, Kim greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile as soon as I entered the restaurant. Their friendly demeanour immediately put me at ease and set the tone for the exceptional service I was about to receive. Kim's positive energy was contagious and created a pleasant atmosphere for all the customers.
Kim's knowledge of the menu was truly impressive. They expertly guided me through the vast array of options, patiently answering all my questions and offering recommendations based on my preferences. Their expertise helped me discover new and exciting combinations of flavours that I would never have thought of on my own.
What truly stood out about Kim was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They listened attentively to my specific requests and skilfully prepared my sandwich with precision and care. Kim's meticulousness in ensuring that every ingredient was perfectly placed made the presentation of my meal truly enticing. It was evident that Kim took great pride in their work.

Even during peak hours, Kim managed to maintain the quality of service, never compromising on the freshness and taste of the food.

I visited your store last Tuesday at around 12:30PM (incredibly busy time, quite regrettable I must say), as I was waiting in line to be served I was pondering what I should get... So, I went for the classic meatball sub (which, is usually my go-to). I was served by young lad named Christian who appeared to be pretty stressed under the conditions, however, he seemed capable enough to complete my requests. So, once it was my turn to be served by Christian I kindly requested my meatball sub, hinting heavily that I'd appreciate some more meatballs. It was apparent he understood this as I continuously tapped on the glass near the meatballs. At some point during this encounter I saw someone sneezing from the corner of my eye, and turned to glare at them as they had not covered their mouth. This utterly disgusts me due to COVID-19 still being prominent in 2024, yet, it is not to do with Subway so I shall not fault the business but only the customer. Once that was over I turned back to my beautiful 6-foot long being wrapped up and ready to pay for (I additionally also ordered a cookie, noticed a review previously mentioning blood... Quite concerning as a fellow customer I must say). I decided to sit down in the store to enjoy my meatball sub as I had chores to attend to when I arrived home. I unravelled the packaging and opened my sub to inspect the amount of meatballs placed within... Yet... Met with a large amount of disappointment. I expected 4 meatballs (as previously stated, I hinted at needing more), but there were two? I'm just wondering what the slip up was, I turned away for a second and suddenly Christian was under the impression I wanted less? I understand it must have been a long, draining shift however, it is expected for the customer service to be top tier... Not sure what happened there. Cookie was good like always, no blood thankfully. Please just attempt to meet the needs of the customers, or at least try to.

Read moreFRESH BREAD IS NOT COOKED UNTIL at least 2.5 - 3 hours after opening. This Subway opens at 7am through the week and 8am on weekends. The last 5 times I have been in this store in the last 3 weeks, there has been no bread. So I usually go in around 9:30-10:00 am and have been told each time that the bread still has around 45 - 50 minutes until it's cooked. What Subway has no bread for the customers on opening and not ready until 3 hours after opening the store! Then they say, but we have wraps. The business is called SUBWAY not WRAPWAY! Do they think their customers are ok with this and just come back when the bread is cooked! Last week , went there to buy a sub, the bread had just come out of the oven and one of the staff started making the sub. I don't have mine toasted and there was steam coming off the bread and when the staff member attempted to cut in half, the bread just squished up and he had trouble pulling the two sides apart to put the food in. Couldn't believe he was going to serve me that. It was soooo doughy. As soon as the lettuce went on, it went transparent straight away due to the heat. Told the staff member that I didn't want it and he was rude and rolled his eyes. I questioned staff this week about the sudden change with the "no bread" thing, and was advised that the "new owners" have instructed staff they must use up their "old bread" from the day prior before. Doesn't Subway pride themselves on FRESH BREAD DAILY??? Thought I would just send feed back to the store so the owners see it when this first happened but no one has even bothered to address the complaint/feed back I had. This particular Subway has had ample opportunity to get back to me and have chosen to just ignore the complaint.....so now, Subway now gets the Google review to warn others.
