Viscosity — Restaurant in Brisbane City

The cocktails looked amazing and is truly fascinating to watch them being made. However, this was a very disappointing experience. The actual space was very limited, there was nowhere to sit as it was overcrowded and it was too difficult to even drink the cocktails without bumping atleast four people around you. We waited for quite some time to be served as the drinks are very complex and time consuming (although the staff were amazing!!!). The floor was also unusually sticky (even for the valley), my shoes kept sticking to the ground. The bar also does not have a bathroom, which is vital if the main product is consuming liquid. The cocktails are expensive but dont actually state the ingredients so it's a bit of a guessing game what flavour you're drinking. There seemed to be a lot of lemonade used which never indicates a sophisticated cocktail. Was good to say I've done it, but I will...

1. Seating (Not much seating - best in best dressed, best to start your night there near opening time otherwise big lines)
2. No toilets (must walk around the side of the building into a mall to get to the toilet)

Really hard not to get excited with some of the drinks they put up here. Will likely bring back memories as kids (Gummy Shots etc).

Science looking coctails that are appealing to the eye, the service and altruism of the bar staff particularly during COVID and the catering of spacing, popcorn in line waiting to get in (as it's very popular). The cocktails also bring out the best in womens cocktail dresses so if you're a lady dress to impress and if you're a dude, enjoy a quick perve whilst being respectful because this place is not a zen for the seedy guys. Great for couples too as it's a lot of fun, drinks are interesting looking, music is pumping between 80's retro - EDM - Hip hop and the latest chart hits.
