food was okay but the person serving had a very bad attitude. he was rushing us when ordering and had a rude attitude towards us. seemed like a manager or supervisor.

update - have ordered online for delivery a few times and every second time we would be missing an item and when u try calling up about it they never answer. mailbox is full and they’ll only answer if u call more than 3 times. food is good but they need to hire more people or retrain their existing employees. too many times the manager on shift is packing orders and looks and sounds stressed out of his mind, doesn’t look good and it affects his ability to provide good customer service.

My first visit to a Hungry Jacks in Australia. Coming from America and my first job was at Hungry Jacks (Burger King). From the first smile at the counter and helping me order a Whopper meal to the food brought right to my table was a great experience. The fries were fresh, piping hot and a nice crisp flavor in each bite. The whopper - - oh my goodness. The beef as hot and fresh and the lettuce and tomatoe was farm fresh filled with flavor. I had been walking around the area of Broken Hill for about 20 km today and this meal was just perfect. Nice quiet dinner and awesome hard working lovely staff!! I hope to return before my train...

I had to repeat my entire order twice. The initial response was simply, "Sorry I didn't get that." This was despite the fact that it takes each drive-through 5 minutes before they even get a greeting. Utterly appalling service, slower than a sit-down restaurant that serves actual food. It took so long that I had to turn my car off, queue out to the street. Clearly hopelessly under staffed, or they get absolutely no training. This place is run like there's no international branding present, with absolutely no standards at all. Go get an actual burger somewhere else peeps, some good food in town! You'll wait as long, but you'll get fed. Fast food?...
