While I understand that fast food restaurants may not always offer the highest level of service, my recent visit to GongCha was particularly underwhelming. The staff seemed disengaged and unenthusiastic, which created an uninviting atmosphere. This lack of energy, especially from the two female workers, diminished my overall experience and appetite. Although I generally have modest expectations for service, this visit left me hesitant to spend money at this location...

I would love to give them five stars however, the staff does not let you know you can use your loyalty card when you pay. I think as part of this business is to promote your loyalty program to customers. The staff should always check before you ask the customers to pay. Same thing in the supermarket and every cafe.
