Really great fish and chips! We went down to on my dad's birthday and everyone loved it. Especially the birthday boy. Mum and dad got the seniors deal, which was from memory $16 and included their fish and chips, coleslaw, ice cream, and coffee. Not a lot of places you can get value like that lately. The fish had a really nice, super crispy batter, and it wasn't oily. And there were two fillets included per serving too which made it a good portion size. I was wondering if it would be a good size serving of chips but with the fish fillets and coleslaw it was a good serving. I really liked the addition of the coleslaw - it's a pretty inexpensive addition for the cafe but it makes a huge difference to the diner, making it a well rounded meal instead of just a fast food option. The dressing was also really nice, it was rich like a coleslaw should be but not overbearingly thick like some of the flash hamburger joints in town do it. The tartare sauce was also great, and not too rich or flavoured, it seems like they make it in house too. One serving was enough for three people. The ice cream was nice, it was better than Baskin and Robbins but still obviously not at gelato-shop tier. There's a choice of either vanilla or chocolate with the seniors meals, they were both great. Lastly is the coffee which was really nice too. I had a flat white and my parents had a cappuccino. Everyone liked theirs - again, it was as good as you'd expect from a dedicated cafe. The staff were also friendly and really attentive. And it's a stone's throw from the waterfront. There's shaded seating areas outside which are very chill, and the music was very millenial-orientated but everyone seemed to enjoy it. My one criticism would be that the soft drinks seemed to be a bit expensive, we figured it was about 4$ - $5 each for a ginger beer, but when you consider how generous everything else is, I don't think it's a deal breaker. All in all I really couldn't fault it, and I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking to get lunch in Freo. Especially fish and chips, I don't think there's anywhere else that would do it better. Especially not at this price point for seniors. Thanks for helping us celebrate dad's birthday guys!

Nice place for fish and chips though the food is a little pricey. Great beach vibe and relaxing atmosphere. Good music which was nice. You get to choose from outdoor and indoor seating options like bench seats, chairs and bar stools. The cute Tiki bar is stocked with beer on tap as well as the usuals. Serves cocktails of course! Not a Tiki bar otherwise. The service was not that great at first. She just stared at me until I said hi and started ordering. Service got a little better as I continued. Premium Snapper was a little disappointing compared to the regular fish and chips. Otherwise huge menu, not your neighbourhood outlet, choice of oysters, lobster, nachos and chicken parmi. Combination and larger platters are available too. Steak Burger was full of sauce so not dry like some burgers joints. No salad and main dish options like burger and salad or fish and salad. Paid parking close by across the working railway tracks.

The fish and chips here are absolutely next level! We had the local snapper (the cheapest option), one battered, and one grilled gluten free, and the fish was to die for. The grilled serving was delicious and not oily, and the battered was crispy on the outside and not dry on the inside. With the sunsets you get at bathers beach, you can't beat the vibes down here, especially when you can walk the serves down to the jetty and watch as the sun goes down. Licensed with a good range of beer options from Gage Roads and Feral Brewery, plus wines on the menu as well. Definitely recommend this spot, even in a corner of Freo that's congested with fish and chip shops, this place is definitely onto something!

Service was fine, yummy menu includes salads & alcohol beverages. Right next to Bathers Beach Restaurant and Port Beach. Great location, we went there Friday night. October 6/22 Twin Fin has gone through a recent renovation which has opened it up with more seating & tables, greater selection of drinks, alcohol & non-alcoholic. Update, Twin Fin Fish has recently sold and so is adapting to new Owner's, we went there on 18/03/23 Saturday early evening and so was alittle different for us this time due to new Owner's, we loved the previous one's. Our snapper was alittle overdone but everything else including ginger beer on tap was fine..

Located near the seaside, you can even feel the strong breeze coming from the sea, and it gives you a great feeling of seafood freshness. I went to try the new variety of fish that was shown on their menu, including Snapper and Shark species, however, the best-tasting Fish and chips was still the original traditional Fish and chips, which is one of their local fish. One of their draft beer was a good pair with the fish & chips too. It is one of the best Fish and chips I have come across in Fremantle, absolutely worth the visit and choice as compared to other restaurants nearby. Do pick their beer batter for a better taste!

Had Father’s Day lunch today. 3 of us had the ‘seniors special’ consisting of a small bowl of delicious chowder full of seafood, 2 pieces of nicely battered fish chips and coleslaw, coffee of your choice and a tub of creamy vanilla bean ice cream. Very good value for $21.80. The other person with us had a big bowl of the seafood chowder topped with extra prawns and clams and served with garlic bread. It was all really delicious and my Dad who is quite fussy with his batter, was delighted with his serve.the staff were friendly and attentive and the food came promptly. Definitely will be coming back.
