Didn’t do any research about the food, just walked around the market and saw they had croissant Banh Mi. Never seen this kind of combination in Melbourne, but I’m glad I tried it here in Fremantle Market. I must say this is the best food I’ve had in Perth over my last three-day visit. Their croissant is so crispy that it’s even better than the ones in a lot of cafes.
I like the sauce they put inside, and when it combines with the meat, carrots, and cucumber, it just tastes so fresh and healthy. I ordered the lemongrass chicken one, but I think the classic pork option would also be a great choice.

Highly recommend to anyone who loves and enjoys...

The roast pork is always succulent and juicy, packed full of flavour with a generous helping of the delicious paste of fried shallots and spring onion on top. I’ll let the picture do the talking!
They’ve also put a unique twist on the every day banh mi - serving it up in a tasty, crispy croissant instead! It’s my go to whenever I visit them now.
If you’re ever in Freo markets, this is a must try! Just make sure you pop in early before their queue starts, or you’ll be waiting awhile before you get your...
Read moreDon’t let the size of this food outlet fool you. The Banh mi is the best I have ever eaten. My wife and I frequent Viet Kites in Fremantle markets regularly. There is usually a 30-40 minute wait at lunch time but the service is excellent and very friendly. They will request your phone number so they can call you when ready. The pork belly is a must and the other fresh ingredients make this dish. Place your order and then do your shopping at the markets and collect when you are finished shopping. I haven’t tried the steam buns but am very tempted. Highly recommend this little piece of awesome in...
