St Helens Bar & Burgers — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Wowzers!! This place is exceptional. If you are in the mood for a good burger, I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back!

I'm always on the lookout for a proper "handmade" meat patty and this did just that. Everyone knows the success of a good burger is down to the patty and this did not disappoint. Bags of flavour, nicely grilled with perfect char, well seasoned and portioned for the burger bun size. The burger sauce was well balanced and complemented the meat nicely.

The menu had a nice range so ya sure to find something that hits the spot. My wife had the Bay Bug Burger which she loved.

The onion rings cooked fresh and super crispy.

The cocktails were very tasty and well made. Nice selection after some beach sun.

Great atmosphere and service was excellent with really friendly attentive staff. We are a family of 6 with young kids and they took great care of us.

What a great find! Being from Melbourne, we have pretty high expectations when it comes to our food. St Helens did not disappoint. Everything was great here, from the drinks (thanks for mixing my cocktail the way I like it Will), to the service (Brendan was friendly and helpful) and the food (Jess knows her flavour combinations). Every dish we ordered was wonderful. Highlights included the sliders, the KFC (Kirra Fried Cauliflower) and the brussels sprouts. Yes, you heard me right. Even my teenager asked for more brussels sprouts and that's unheard of.

We had walked over from Coolangatta for dinner and it was well worth it. We enjoyed it so much, we returned the next night. I only wished we'd discovered St Helens earlier in our trip so we could go more often.

Omgggggg wow what a beautiful view from this establishment, added with the fantastic service and phenomenall food. I went here for lunch and had a St Helens burger 🍔 and added cheese 🧀 bacon 🥓 and extra beef patty, a fried chicken 🍗 🐔 burger, and wagyu steak burger 🍔 and Fries 🍟. Arrived just on opening time and it started to get a few people straight away, very friendly gentleman who served us, took out orders and the food was out pretty quickly. The pictures don't show just how tasty it was, can't wait to try the other burgers on the menu. Highly recommended for anyone who wants quality burgers 🍔 and service around the Gold Coast, well worth the drive 🚗.
