Betty's Burgers — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ No surprise the reviews are so high. This place absolutely deserves every star! Betty’s Burgers at Pacific Fair is hands down the best I've had. The food is not only cooked to perfection but also beautifully presented. Each bite tastes fresh and absolutely delicious. And don’t even get me started on the thick shakes. They are without a doubt the best in Australia and the world!

I’ve been to several Betty’s Burgers locations around the country, especially in NSW. My usual spots are Miranda and Bondi and while they were fantastic when they first opened, over time, the quality of both the food and shakes has been hit or miss. It’s been a bit disappointing, honestly and I haven’t been back as often. If they were to provide the same as Pacific Fair we would definitely be back more often.

However, the Pacific Fair location was an absolute game-changer! Everything was top-notch. Zyneal made my thick shakes and they were beyond amazing - thick and full of flavour as a thick shake should be. The only downside was that there was just one person behind the counter, so I had to wait a little longer than usual for my drinks. But honestly, Zyneal’s friendly attitude, professionalism and big smile more than made up for the wait. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and her customer service was truly outstanding.

This is by far the best Betty’s Burgers in Australia so be sure to try it out! And a special shoutout to Zyneal for making my experience that much better. She truly deserves to be recognised for her exceptional customer service! I forgot to take pics of the...

Ordered online and waited an hour for a driver to be assigned - I know this is not restaurants fault and I didn't care about the wait but I was worried my food would have been sitting for a very long time getting cold and so I called to ask that the chips be cooked once a driver is assigned to avoid cold chips and she mentioned the food was already cooked a while ago and had been sitting waiting for a driver but assured they would recook the chips for me.

I am a 3 minute drive from the restaurant so there is no reason the food would be cold if cooked close to driver picking up.

So the food finally arrives and the chips were inedible, 2 lots of chips absolutely cold and soggy, had to throw them out! They definitely did not cook chips fresh, I would have even been happy for the same chips to be thrown back in the oil for a minute instead of a new batch. Just wanted hot chips, not too much to ask when spending $40+.

Will never order delivery from here again - they should cook food close to the time a driver is due and there is no reason they can't do this as their system shows how far away...

I was really happy with zephs customer service and the burger and chips but the girl serving and the girl making the milkshake weren’t very nice, they brought out all other thick shakes but had forgotten mine and 2 others. We went back to ask and they said they were making them but they were just standing and chatting with the milkshakes on the bench, they later brought out the 2 shakes but one was missing. We just assumed she only had 2 hands so was going back to the others, they go back behind the counter and continue chatting. After 10 more minutes of waiting I go and ask and she said oh I assume this is yours and laughed and put it on the table, no offer to make the warm shake again no apologies nothing just put it on the counter and walked away. When I get back to the table I was to embarrassed and nervous to ask them to remake it so I sent my dad back to ask. She brought it over quickly after remaining it but still with no apology and with a bad look on her face. Other then that...
