TLDR; Fattoush Fail and Slow Service: Lebanese Restaurant Disappoints. Our hopes were high when we walked into the Lebanese restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. The green hummus dip, which was part of the trio, was as unappealing as it sounds. The real tragedy, though, was the fattoush salad - a Lebanese staple that was missing basic ingredients like dried mint and sumac, and instead had rock-hard croutons. We were also disappointed with the coriander-heavy rice that came with the decent chicken kebabs. The only saving grace was the fluffy Turkish bread and the delicious smashed potatoes. Moreover, the service didn't quite match up to the busy start. As the night wore on, we noticed the chefs had run out of steam, and the food started to trickle out of the kitchen. We waited a bit too long for our main course, which was a tad frustrating. Overall, we found the experience mediocre and unworthy of a second visit. The rating of 6/10 reflects our disappointment.

We had a banquet menu with 3 main choices for 6 people. The food was absolutely delicious, their cocktails were great. Staff members are very attentive and friendly. •Trio dip: all 3 dips are fantastic, you can taste they are made with fresh, good quality ingredients, the house bread was delicious. •Beef ribs: pulling apart and juicy, comes with the best sweet potato chips, so good! •Chicken kebabs: great, the rice comes with is really delicious, the texture is great as Al Dante. •Squid: amazing! Broccolini was so juicy and crunchy, it’s bedded on couscous and some sort of purée- so delicious. •lamb pizza: kids loved them •dessert was Baklavas & Turkish delight: goooood! It was a great value for money and the portions were perfect as we were full and took away the left overs. We will be back for more, thank you very much for the great experience and the service.

It was Christmas Day early evening and we didn’t want to cook so decided on one of places we wanted to try for a while friendly welcome and seated quickly although i was placed tight at the walkway from the kitchen to the bar area so had to shuffle around a little, we ordered our drinks and ordered our food which arrived quite efficiently, the potion size is quite generous we discovered we could have probably shared one dish and added a fatoush, the lamb tagline was very tender and served with couscous and flat bread, stunning the flavours were amazing, my husband ordered a mixed grill with pilau rice and added flat bread and fatoush salad overall this food exceeded our expectations and wished we had visited earlier!! Thank you so much for a great experience!!

Staff need to be more organised!

We came out to celebrate a birthday, had a large group. We asked if we could split the bill because, as mentioned, we had a large group. They said yes we can.

We completely understood that it was a two hour reservation however when you are with friends, celebrating something, you tend to not notice the time go by.

We arrived at 18:00 and were handed the bill at 20:00. We were still allowed to order drinks up until 20:00 - we had multiple jugs of drink still half full when we were ushered off the table by a staff member advising that they urgently needed the table for the next lot of reservation (WHICH THEY BOOKED FOR 20:00).

Not once did they mention that we needed to be out of the restaurant by 20:00. If they had expected us to be finished drinking and eating by 20:00, they should have stopped us from ordering 15/20 mins before.

We started to pay the bill individually, as we were told we could. Then, whom I believe is the manager, told us that we couldn’t continue to pay the bill separately as they were too busy. By this time, at least four/five people had already paid individually. She told the person who was paying that they would need to pay the understanding bill and move on ASAP. This is 100% disappointing - it was not our fault that you had booked the restaurant with reservations for 20:00 when our reservation ended at 20:00. If you expected us to be out of the restaurant by 20:00, the bill should have been handed to us at least 30 minutes prior, not AT 20:00. You should have not allowed us to order any additional drinks after a certain time.

The way the lady moaned and groaned her way through serving us after we told her that we would not be paying all together was very unprofessional.

The food was spectacular however that’s not enough to revisit a restaurant. If you want repeating customers you need to improve your attitude and how you run...

We ordered our meal and drinks at the same time. Drinks arrived on our table nearly 15 min later. A tall Italian young guy put the glasses on the table, no greetings or apologies. Put it there and left! I could hear him talking with other waiters while serving our drinks. Ok! Busy times I understand! 25 min later our dinner arrived! We finished and ordered a desert! Same guy came and took our order! Again no greetings, “just how can I help you” and stares at you like why are you bothering me. Very uncomfortable!!! For our surprise the desert was served very quick. After the desert we decided to order another glass of wine! We waited another 15 min and no drinks! We got up went to the counter to pay! 3 min into the line to pay for our bill, this Italian boy approaches us in front of everyone and very loud says “hey you ordered a drink and you are leaving” - I replied super embarrassed and explained that we waited 15 min at least for the drinks. Since no drinks and no explanation as to why the drinks wasn’t coming, we decided to leave. He look at me and my husband and started laughing on our faces saying are you joking! Ok bye!!! I was so embarrassed to be treated like that in front of other people! We go to this restaurant because the food is great and service used to be amazing! We spent a lot of money there to be treated like that!! I understand is busy times but it doesn’t mean you have to unleash your anger at people that pays a lot of money for your boss to keep his...

I ordered takeout for dinner tonight and went through my entertainment book to decide what to order and came across Mecca Bah. I have eaten here before in the restaurant, portion sizes are generous and food was tasty. I rang and ordered, and over ordered as I explained I had a 25% off voucher, so I ordered an extra 2 plates. I asked the lady do you take these vouchers and she said yes, she'll be able to make it work, she had to call her manager to see how to put it through but she'll be able to do it. If not, she was going to call me back. I would of cancelled the order if the voucher wasn't going to be accepted. I sat by my phone for 10minutes, no call, so all was ok with my voucher As soon as I go to collect my order I have my voucher ready and the lady tells me she isn't able to accept my voucher As the meals are already discounted. I said you were going to call me but, if it wasn't ok? She apologised and then told me I had $300 worth of food. This was not the case! I had 2 salads 1 falafel, 1 cheese, 2 small sized pizzas some rice and meat. I paid $143 for food that should of been $100.This service was unacceptable. Their takeaway food is so much smaller than what you get in restaurant and unfortunately I was told one thing and then hit with a big Bill for...
