Susan the so called chef had such an attitude, or maybe she just didn’t know English well or how to interact with customers. The staff (kids) didn’t have a clue what was on the menu. After placing our order we were told it will be a 20 minute wait on the food. Which is expected. Then 20 minutes later Susan comes out advising they don’t have any LAMB for the "Lamb in Soya Sauce”. Why couldn’t they tell us this in the beginning .? Then we were asked to choose something else. So I chose the "Chicken in Soya Sauce" and "Chilli Chicken". Asked Susan if this will be another 20 minute wait and with such an attitude she said yeh of cos, anyways couldn’t tell the difference as they were both so sweet cooked with sweet chilli sauce and filled with carrots and vegetables. Almost everything cooked was with sugar for easy digestion apparently as advised by the so called chef (guy) himself as he was explaining it to tourists from Nz. Those tourists ordered LAMB CURRY. Where did the LAMB mysteriously appear from all of a sudden BUT when we ordered the lamb in soya sauce they were out. Oh it sounds like they had already cooked and kept it in the fridge hence they ran out but had lamb curry already cooked as well. Guess nothing is freshly cooked except the rotis (hopefully). Then they had the audacity to add public surcharge to the overpriced menu. Lol what a joke this place is and NOTHING tastes like...

I just wanna share our horrid experience with “Taste Of Fiji” when walking in the music was pumping in competition with neighbouring night clubs, no Bula smiles that made my family and I feel unwelcomed and judged. We had asked what was available which we told by the Lady serving, “there is no Palau” I opted for the curry Kai which she responded “I don’t have that shit it’s finished” what restaurant “Chef/Owner” speaks of their food in that manner. we ordered the chicken burger combo that came with chips and a drink, as well as lamb curry, Dhal, rice and Roti, she then said “and no roti I’m not making that” it was almost 1.5hrs till closing, let me just say how utterly disgusting the place smelt, the fries were like a bag of Beanboozel you don’t know what flavour is coming with the next bite of fries, fish, masala, dirty oil or old fries ? The lamb curry was coloured water with fatty lamb flaps, luckily they had full tubs of salt to make up for the taste. This does not represent our home cooked meal filled with flavour, this does not represent “Taste of Fiji” honestly maccas would have been the...
