Below par breakfast. Googled cafes around me and this one came up, photos looked good so decided to give it a go. Was hesitant when I realised the Cafe was connected to a hotel but decided to give it a go.... Big mistake, average at best. Toast was barely cooked (photo is AFTER I took it back and asked them to toast it a bit better!) Eggs were poached ok and bacon cooked well. Wish I had chosen better. Not worth the $25 I paid.

No customers except for Wyndham staff having a meeting I am in a wheelchair and was with my husband and 2 people with a disability. We requested if she could come to the table to take our orders and she declined handing over a notepad and pen for him to do it himself without a smile in sight unless you’re a Wyndham staff member. Sadly customer service and kindness have gone out the window here.

The young lady with curly hair whose name starts with M from Brazil who works here is an absolute superstar. Very friendly and lifts up the energy in this place. Every place needs a strong member like her to draw the crowds. The food was good and coffees strong. Very handy and has a decent mix of items on the menu. I had breakfast at The Promenade Cafe and Bar, for which your staff Marilia and Elena made me wait 40 MINS for my breakfast.Due to which I missed my activity at 10am worth 300$

I had breakfast voucher of 6person, and that lady on the coffee place outright denied to give me my coffee even though I was willing to pay for it.

I asked the staff again to hurry up my order, and they replied “oh that big order”. Is your staff that mannerless, they do not have etiquette to not talk about the quantity of food ?

At 9:40 being extremely frustrated, so I asked them to pack it for me. To which they responded back by saying stuff like they will get my food prepared by 10:15, by already waiting 1hr now.

Have I really spent 1000$ just to not have breakfast calmly?

PS - Very conveniently you would be given an excuse of the “timing being busy” and how they couldn’t serve on time. Even the busiest of places aren’t busy for 40 mins.

Wouldn’t recommend just because of this mannerless and rudeness of the staff
