On 15th June 2025, at around 5 PM, I placed an online order for a Spicy Veg Supreme pizza from Domino’s Redcliffe. While placing the order, I provided specific instructions: • The staff should wear new gloves when preparing my pizza. • The pizza should be cut using a blade that is either properly cleaned or used only for vegan items.
The person taking my order acknowledged these instructions and said, “Okay.” I was given a time estimate of 15 minutes for my order to be ready. When I arrived at Domino’s Redcliffe, I observed that my pizza was still in the oven. As soon as it was taken out for cutting, I noticed that the same blade which had just been used to cut a chicken and bacon pizza was used to cut my pizza, despite my clear instructions.I immediately raised my concern and reminded them that I had given specific instructions regarding the cutter. I asked if they could call the person who took my order to verify my instructions. They said they didn’t know who had taken my order.
On 17th June 2025, I personally visited Domino’s Redcliffe and placed an order for a Large Spicy Veg Supreme pizza.
At the time of ordering, I gave clear instructions to the staff: • They must use new gloves when preparing my pizza. • They must use a blade that is either completely clean or one that is used only for vegan/vegetarian items to cut my pizza.
While observing the preparation, I saw that although they used a clean blade to cut the pizza after it came out of the oven, the staff did not change their gloves. I noticed that the same gloves had been used earlier while handling chicken and bacon. When I asked the staff if they had changed their gloves as I had instructed, they admitted that no, the gloves had not been changed. After that, they made the pizza for me again and gave it to me.
It is very wrong that you are eating a meal you have paid for with your hard-earned money, and yet the food is not good. Worse, that food can be harmful to your health and may cause health issues. In such a case, Domino’s is...
Read moreWhat a DISGRACEFUL SERVICE by Domino's Pizzas at Redcliffe. I arrived at the store at 6.30pm, a teen staff member took my order at the counter and I was told 15mins it'll be ready. Well I waited 20mins outside and entered to the counter. I was asked my order name and then asked when did I order it. This teen said there's NO RECORD of your order and asked again what I ordered and did I order at 5pm well I finished work at 6pm and NO I didnt. I was asked to reorder a 2nd time and told another 10mins it'll be ready. Now I'm waiting in store for our payed meal and the time has ticked by to 35mins. Then a female staff member asked my order name and went looking for our dinner. She returned to tell me there's NO RECORD of our payed order. This women then said I can take your order again it'll take 5mins rushed through. Now I told her this is the 3rd time I've ordered this meal enough is enough. I want our Bloody Dinner. The waiting time reached 40mins. She apologised profusely and again said it'll be another 5mins till ready. 15mins we waited, before our meal was presented to us and I said this is disgraceful service here. We drove home and found that our pizzas where not even what we ordered. By now I'm totally furious and I rang the store had some choice words about our interaction in this CIRCUS. I watched the disorganisation by the Children staff and over heard a staff member talking with another fellow on the phone about his order which was delivered incorrect. I was waiting in store with 1 lady who was heatedly arguing with a staff member about her order. Another gentleman waiting behind me for at least 30mins for his order. This customer service is appalling. How can any BUSINESS...
Read moreIf I could give a 0 I would. Ordered 5 pizzas and 5 sides. 2 x meatloaves, 1 x Hawaiian, 1 x build your own, 1 x loaded pepperoni, 4 x garlic bread, 1 x volcano. Firstly. I heard the girl in quality control shout out, that there was no cheese on the classic Hawaiian. The guy making the pizza looked back, smiled and said something to her, she closed the box up and I thought no more of it. That Hawaiian was ours and had no cheese on it. They didn’t bother making a fresh one like I thought they would. They just couldn’t be arsed. Secondly, the pepperoni and make your own pizza were awful. Dry, burned in parts and on the make your own, they had just thrown clumps of anchovies all over it, so the pizza was so salty I could t eat it. The “loaded” pepperoni was far from loaded and was so awfully dry. Thirdly, they gave me a Pepsi instead of one of the garlic breads, I told them it was wrong, so the young guy at the counter shouted out for another garlic bread, and everyone ignored him. 10 minutes later, I realised I wasn’t getting my 4th garlic bread, so opted to just take the Pepsi. I didn’t return the food, because my family were all waiting for me with Netflix ready. We sat down to eat while the film was starting. I added cheese to the Hawaiian myself and the two dry pizzas were for the adults, so we just gin and beard it. All in all, a terrible experience this evening and no car or thought of my hard earned cash being spent on...
