Burger N Beyond — Restaurant in Hobart

My partner and I decided to try this beautifully designed restaurant for brunch, and we were thoroughly impressed. We ordered the classic smashed avocado and the Big Breakie Burger—both were absolutely delicious. The avocado was fresh and generously portioned, while the burger was hearty and perfectly put together, especially the soft brioche bun.

The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, with a clean, modern aesthetic. The coffee was excellent—so good, in fact, that one of the lovely staff members even printed my dog’s picture on top (a very sweet touch!).

Had to check this place out since it’s the only 5-star-rated burger joint in the city, and yep, it absolutely lives up to the rating.

I went with the lobster burger, paired with sweet potato fries and ranch sauce. That first bite was unreal, chunky, fresh lobster, crisp homemade slaw, and a soft brioche bun. Pure flavour bomb. Easily one of the tastiest burgers I’ve had in a long time.

The portion was generous too, super satisfying without being over the top. I meant to snap a photo, but it was too good to wait. Sorry, it was gone before I thought of the camera!

Absolutely awesome burgers! I had the Wagyu beef and it was seriously good — super juicy, full of flavour, and cooked just right (nice and pink in the middle). You can really tell they use quality ingredients. The portions are generous, and everything came out nice and hot. The team were super friendly and the service was quick.
