Dumpling World — Restaurant in Hobart

Came here for an early dinner and placed in an order for Wonton Noodles Soup, Singapore Noodles, Pork Boiled Dumplings, Potato Prawns, and Crispy Prawn Dumplings.

We sat down, and the male at the cashier instructed us to take the menu and sit anywhere. I was taken aback by the seating area. It felt dirty, and there was a smell when we sat down.

I went to order, and the guy taking the order was quite rude and kept interrupting me when I was trying to order.

The food, on the other hand, was a bit better. The boiled dumplings were delicious, and so were the potato prawns and crisp Prawn Dumpling.

Whereas the Wonton noodle soup was a big disappointment. I originally wanted the Beef Noodle Soup, but they didn't have it, and so I ordered the Wonton Noodle Soup. The noodles were ok, and the Wonton tasted a little like durian for some reason. The Singapore Noodles were alright as well, not much taste to it besides the spiciness.

Really disappointed. We ordered black bean beef fired rice, egg fried noodles, shrimp dumpings, boiled beef dumpings and golden dim sim. Overall, only egg fried noodles and fried rice were good. The others are quite disappointing especially the dumpings. The dumpings' meat ingredient(beef ) tasted weird and doesnt feel fresh. The dumpings look like are bought from frozen dumpings and boiled as I tried freshly made dumpings in some restaurants. They are 10 times better than this. How can you name yourself" Dumping World"?" Ordered duck with noodles, luksa, and some dumplings on uber eats, they called me after 15 minutes and told me theyd run out of duck and asked me to change my order, after id changed it they called again and told me theyd found some duck, once again they called and informed me theyd cancelled my order on uber eats however it was cooked and ready to pick up (kinda defeats the purpose of uber eats).
