Great find good coffee

You can always tell when the owner values and loves his own business by the way the food is displayed in the cabinet and how their staff  engages and approaches you. The Cabinet is overflowing with sweet delights all fresh and nicely displayed.  Service is efficient and a very bubbly smiling waitress takes your order. Its nice to see people enjoying the work they do and this young woman is certainly an asset to this business.

The coffee verdict: coffee is a very personal taste and you get used to the brand of coffee you drink I personally would like a more robust coffee that's a little bit stronger however I cannot fault on the making of the coffee and presentation, this really is just a personal preference in flavour.

This cafe managed not to feel like a shopping centre cafe and we pleasantly  sat here for about an hour  waiting for the appointment having just driven from Launceston. Certainly will try breakfast as it looks delicious and I noticed nobody left anything on their plates.

Tables were quickly cleared, another indication of someone who cares not leaving dirty dishes all around their  Cafe, which  is my personal  pet hate

I gave it 4 stars  this  leaves room for imperfections as nothing  is perfect in this worldđŸ‘Œ Thank you Mez for the coffee. We...

Always up for trying something new, this weekend I visited JMist and ordered a Dirty Chai. It was okay — a bit bitter, probably due to an over-roasted coffee base, and it had a bit more cinnamon than usual. Not bad, just not my favourite blend.

Still, it was a nice experience overall. If you're walking through the arcade in Hobart city, it's a convenient spot to grab a coffee and a sweet treat. The vibe feels a bit like a busy city cafĂ©, with people constantly passing by — probably because it's right at the entrance of Woolworths and Wellington Car Park.

Worth a try if you're in the area and looking for a quick...

You know that feeling: the morning after air travel? We're staying downtown and stumbled across (renamed) JMist Cafe while out shopping. Quiches, one spinach, one mushroom, were flavoursome - perfectly light pastry, moist egg. Tea was Real tea in a pot. Coffee, requested as strong & with a bitter edge, was the best cafe coffee in years. I rarely buy coffee when I'm out, to avoid disappointment! But this Goldilocks coffee was Just Right. Quiche Tea Coffee & I'm almost feeling normal. Thanks...

Jamaican Mist cafe in the heart of Hobart is a must-visit spot for coffee lovers. I stopped by on a fine morning and was blown away by the quality of their coffee. It was a simple coffee, but it did not disappoint. The caffeine hit was so strong, it gave me a supercharge for the rest of the day - the hallmark of great coffee. I highly recommend Jamaican Mist cafe to anyone looking for a top-notch coffee experience.
