Today I ordered detox juice and There was no lemon included so I ask them for lemon and they charge in 50 cents extra. I ask them to put half lemon but they put not even quarter piece of lemon. There wasn’t any taste of lemon at all. Seems like I paid extra for nothing. Beetroot was included but they didn’t put even half beetroot. Later I open the glass and see it was not even dark red juice. Since I have worked 3 years in juice in NSW, my precious boss never ask me to take extra charge for lemon in detox and always push us to put at least 1 full beetroot so that colour of juice comes dark and tasty. Also the lady who was serving was not wearing gloves in any hand while making juice, since she was touching lemon, apple and ginger with bare hands. And customer service with sad face. Went in there and asked for 2 mango smoothies with tapioca pearls, the server even repeated it back to us once the order was made they had given us 2 mango iced tea (which taste like water and sugar with a hint of tea taste no mango what So ever) the tapioca pearls taste disgusting and when we told them about their mess up we asked them to remake it because they messed up and they tried to charge us an extra 1.50 each when we explained that we weren't paying for their screw up the manger came out and raised his voice saying he trusts his staff, basically telling us we just had to pay...
