Unfortunately i have to dispose it. I booked a pick-up time for 5:24 pm at Panda. When I arrived, the chef had not even started cooking and I was told it would take another 15 minutes. My break time is only 30 minutes, counted from the moment I leave work. Because of your delay, by the time I got back I had less than 10 minutes left and no time to eat. In the end, I had to throw the food away.
I want to make it clear that I am not blaming the chef or the front staff. I also work in a restaurant, so I understand how exhausting this job is. But if I know in advance that my order will be delayed, I can simply leave later and adjust my 30-minute break around the new pick-up time. That way I still get to eat my only meal of the day.
If you cannot prepare food at the scheduled time, please either reject the order or notify the customer with the adjusted timing. This would avoid wasting the customer’s short break.
When I came to the counter at 5:22 pm, I was told the store only opens at 5:00 pm and “just received the order.” But if you open at 5:00 pm, you should also turn on the system immediately to receive all pre-scheduled orders. Otherwise, there is no point in offering a 5:24 pm pick-up time.
If you need more time after opening, then simply set your online ordering to start at 5:30 pm or later. At least customers will not be misled.
This time, I paid for a meal but never got to eat it. I hope management takes this issue seriously, because customers should not lose their only 30-minute paid break and their meal due to...

I ordered 1 steak bento, juicy tasty steak with smoke flavor, side dishes includes seaweed (wakame), fried egg (tamago), radish (pickled yellow daikon), and takoyaki. $19.9 with free drink. I got a hot miso soup a plus point! Steak is sliced into chunks, tender and juicy with sauce, combined with stir fry onion and cabbage.
Gave it 4 stars as 4 pieces of takoyaki were cold and freeze inside, I reported to the store and they gave me another 2 pieces hot one (as I already ate).
The atmostphere is cozy, I love the store design and concept. They also have a bar where you can see chef doing teppanyaki. Suitable for single person want to have a quick dish. Also there are more chairs for groups of friends/family.
Will come back next time to try other dishes when the store run...
Read moreterrible customer service:Staff were gossiping about customers in Japanese, assuming no one could understand. They were discussing the night’s sales and even complaining about having so many Chinese customers.
poor efficiency: I arrived at 7:30 pm and only got my food around 8:50 pm. There was no waiting area, the seating process was chaotic, and tables were left uncleared. After entering the restaurant, no one greeted or arranged a table for me. I was told to wait 15 minutes but ended up waiting at least 30 minutes.
As for the food, I won’t even comment. I understand it was a busy time, but these issues made the overall experience very...
