I’m so excited to finally have a Lanzhou beef noodle restaurant in Hobart! 🎉 I used to enjoy this dish a lot from Melbourne, and this place is surprisingly out of my expectation!!

The hand-pulled noodles 🍜 are absolutely fantastic – you get to choose from different noodle thicknesses to suit your preference. The broth is light yet flavorful, just as it should be, with a perfect balance of spices and a clean, refreshing taste. The beef 🥩 is tender and cooked to perfection, and the pickled vegetables on top add a nice tangy kick.

The side dish bar 🥗 is a great addition, offering plenty of options to complement the main dish. It really enhances the dining experience. The portions are generous, the service is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. 💯

It was truly a delightful dining experience! First of all, the ambiance is warm and cozy, with a simple and modern design that creates a very relaxing atmosphere.

The noodles had an excellent texture—hand-pulled and perfectly chewy. The broth was rich but not greasy, with a unique blend of spices that made it incredibly flavorful. I ordered the classic beef ramen, and the beef was thickly sliced and tender, with a great depth of flavor. I especially loved their homemade chili sauce, which was spicy without being overwhelming and really added layers of taste to the dish.
