New franchise Gelato in the Nicholas St precinct. Well needed and bringing business back to the heart of Ipswich. Opposite the library and the pending food court, a wonderful location for people with children to enjoy a treat. The flavors are good, I found the "award winning" espresso flavor underwhelming. Be careful with selections because DELUXE flavors are an "extra 60cents per scoop" which may blindside you if you are on a budget. They did have one vegan offering whereas many gelato shops have several vegan and dairy free options these days for diverse diets. Clean set up with pastel colours familiar with this brand. A couple of dirty sticky tables and serviettes on the ground on my last visit even though it was completely empty, maybe I came after a rush as the staff member was on their own? They only have little stools, limited seating absolutely uncomfortable, not inclusive, not abilities friendly for elderly or disabled. More of a hole in the wall with plenty of seating in the precinct. The service was good and efficient. High end prices which is what you expect for this kind of gourmet refreshment. Inconsistent in sizing depending on who works there. They have limited space, flavors are rotated so your favorite may not be there every time but plenty of flavors to...

I would like to share how incredibly difficult customer service can be especially when customers are rude. Expecting young staff to deal with constant rude and abnoxious individuals on a daily basis seems okay these days. You can leave a review that doesn't tell the whole story, only one side and get staff in trouble and even sacked. Take a moment to think deeper and beyond your own self interest of eating icecream. Be kind you never know what leaving an unkind review could do to someone who is ultimately earning bare minimum wage and being treated most days horrendously by the general public. Grow up! And businesses in general should not hold these public reviews over staff heads, unfair and no way to...

Icecream was DELICIOUS, staff were attentive. The reason for 3 stars however - I can go to a well-known gelato shop for a similar standard of frozen yumminess, located in places such as Paddington and South Brisbane, and for a very similar price point, I can get a much larger serve. I don't believe that the rents in Ipswich would compare to Paddington or South Brisbane so I'm struggling to understand such a high price point? It's honestly not worth the trip out to Ipswich,...

Love this new shop opened in the Nicholas Precinct. I had lemon and chocolate sorbet and it was amazing! They even catered a small cup of ice cream for our dog. We loved it and will be back! Lovely and very friendly staff, offering tastes of any gelato. Need a few more ancillary food places nearby and you could have the whole menu catered for. Thank you.

Absolutely a delightful experience. Had tried two flavou 🧁🧁 and that was mouth-watering. That was the highlight of my visit to Nicholas Street precinct. I would say this shop had filled a gap in Ipswich. Beautiful atmosphere. I wish this business will flourish rapidly and serve Ipswich and visiting crowd with their best serves. Thank you again ❤️
