Zambrero Ipswich CBD — Restaurant in Ipswich City

Had to give 1 star to leave a review not even worth the 1. Flies flying around in the cabinet, staff were really rude. When Zambreros is one of the few places you can get gluten free wraps when you are a Coeliac you do t mind paying the high price for a wrap. Today they made wraps gluten free black wraps, which were clearly stale as they were breaking and we they tried to double wrap and I asked them not to because it doesn't taste good. They then threw the whole wrap in the bin and told me I would have to choose something else because they don't make these wraps anymore! Edit: Lol! It was not Christmas Day that we were "attempting" to get food from your establishment!!! And it was not even Boxing Day to be a 'further excuse'!!! And regardless - UPDATE YOUR GOOGLE PAGE and keep those whom want to patronage your store informed - it really is not hard!! Your response/attitude is the kind that is making me not even bother to patronage ever again :(

My regular zambero is bundamba and I am normally treated with respect, good amount of food & good customer service skills but the worker on tonight at this store was one of my worst experiences, lack of effort into food and service. When I go to any other zambero they stamp my zambero card twice as I get two bowls, when I asked the girl tonight if she stamped it twice, she was rude and said I can only do one per order.
