WORST MANAGMENT EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE . like most fast food places there's always a chance that you could and will sometimes get bad food and or the wrong order, but that's to be expected, what's so bad about this particular dominos store is its customer service, the manager of the store has the worst and most uneducated customer service I think IV ever received. Rude and extremely unprofessional. Messing up and order or making a bad pizza is fine but when you try to resolve the matter and get your order corrected and get met with rude and frankly embarrassing behaviour by the manager of the store it isn't a good look for the establishment. 60 percent of the time I get delicious and lovely pizzas but sadly not anymore from the Wellington st store as I refuse to order from there now , after already having to call up several times when my order was wrong or made very poorly I then got another terrible order , one pizza was the wrong one , one was a a bbq chicken that had only onion and a few gross bits of bacon on it and maybe 2 bits of chicken and on the wrong base, and one was meant to be vegan and once again made my friend sick .. When I tried to call the store the manager was disgustingly rude and wouldn't re make our order and tried to accuse me of trying to get free pizza and said there was nothing wrong with the order.. I told him to come take the pizzas back when they replace the order and see for him self because we didn't want extra pizzas just the ones we paid for and that we not gross uncooked wrong and clearly been In contact with dairy even though they refused to admit it , sad and poor service , the other dominos stores are not like this is sadly just the Wellington at one under that manager who sadly is maybe bitter over can't admit when his 15 year old staff make a bad and or wrong pizza, order from kings meadows or Mowbray x if I could review minus...

First timer. I would come back in the future only if I was starving and had nothing else to eat at home.

I went through the trouble of downloading, installing, setting up/signing up the domino's app - took me about 15 minutes from download to placing order.

Firstly, order was placed at 825pm, our order was mixed up, the app indicated 843pm ready, txt came in at 845pm to say 853pm pickup, got there 850pm, was told to wait another 10 minutes due to a mix up in order (received complimentary side of Korean Barbecue Wings - it was horrid, do not have this, it tasted broiled than anything else).

Very lukewarm chips (almost cold)... A total of 35 minutes for pickup... Seems like a waste of time to go through all the trouble to figure out the app, pickup, wait, wait, and then receive cold chips, the pizza wasn't good either.

But without another late takeout option, this is what passes for late night takeout standards in Launceston cbd. Yes, it is a little sad.

We ordered food from here on the 10 April twenty twenty four, I got a large peporoni pizza and it was lovely HOWEVER my grandfather got chicken wings and they were RAW I’d go so far as to say they were still clucking they were poorly marinated almost forgot to put the sauce on them??!!? My mother got a garlic and cheese pizza as she is vegetarian she was appreciative of the condition of the pizza. Twas adequate in my opinion. On the other side my grandma and father both order some chicken item which were also RAW I am disgusted at the quality and standard of these foods, we had to put them in the airfryer. Isn’t that your job dominoes why serve chicken that we need to spend our precious money on just for us to do the work after your horrible attempt, anyway the service was wonderful but the store was quite messy. Thankyou for the pepperoni pizza dominoes but you need to up your chicken game. Unkind...
