Terrible service and attitudes from the staff!

Today while my niece and I ordered two peanut butter super smoothies we were rudely interupted when the girl serving us started getting excited and waving to a customer who came into the store to have a chat and say hello.

When she regained focus she was blunt and rude towards us and once we had paid she didn't say anything like a thank you or that our order was on it's way. She just blankly stared at us, looked slightly confused and asked if there was something else she could help with to which I replied not at all.

We then waited for twenty minutes for them to come out!! Every customer who ordered after us, including ones who had only just walked in while we were already waiting, were getting their drinks and food beforehand and it was obvious that the staff had completely forgotten about us.

Meanwhile, while there were six of them serving, a couple of them were having a rant about their jobs in front of customers. Clearly not caring about their professionalism.

Once they finally decided to acknowledge me and figure out what had happened to the drinks they didn't even apologise for the delay.

When we eventually got our order I asked which one had the scoop of protein since they didn't bother to tell me and they pointed at one randomly as they clearly didn't know themselves or had forgotten to add it in.

We definitely won't be returning here any time soon. I've seen better service from literally anywhere...

Having visited Liv-eat only once before, and seeing $5 burritos after 4 pm advertised, my 2 daughter's and myself decided we would give them a try. We went in at almost 5pm to order them, we were not greeted, the girl serving us just stood there looking at me. It was not obvious, to us,what type of burrito was on offer, so I just asked for 3 burritos. She was not at all friendly or helpful with us and I could see she had rung up $ 38.70 on the til, so I asked her if they were $5. She seemed to have no idea that there were signs everywhere advertising $5 burritos, and then needed to go and ask someone. She then informed us it was only the chilli con carne ones. So we decided we would have them. She seemed disgusted when I produced cash. We waited for our burritos, and when they were ready, someone called out, and then dumped them on the counter for us to collect. My daughter commented about how the girls serving us was looking at me and was quite upset by this. The burrito was small, cold and sloppy and I would be super angry to have paid $9 each for them. This is a missed opportunity, as my 2 daughter's will be at LC next year, and were excited to eat there. They are no longer. Customer service is very lacking, not friendly or helpful and the food...

Liveat has always be the top pick of my breakky place and egg and mushroom wrap has always be my fav breakky. However today I am disappointed with the service. I ordered a ice soy latte and been charged for $7.20. I didn’t realised I was charged more than until I saw the menu. On the menu, ice latte was priced as $5.20 and change to soy milk it only cost $0.70 more which my ice soy latte should only be $5.90. So I went to ask what did I been charged for $7.20 for only a ice soy latte. The staff said it was adding soy milk for $2, then I said the menu said only $0.70 for changing soy milk soy so the staff asked the other staff for opinion. Both of the staff had some discussion about it and I saw them calculated correctly on the system and I thought they would refund the extra charged money however, they told me it was because the ice latte is smoothie so by adding soy milk will have to cost $2 more. I was speechless to get this reply and because I was in a hurry so I didn’t waste my time to argue with them.
