Worst service and food taste we ever noticed since the same restaurant place was taken over from old restaurant HAWELI.

They really was under staff and poor wastress was running around to handle 5 to 6 tables at the same time so it may not be entirely her fault when she didn't bring water until we asked. Glasses for water delivered after 10 minutes of the water hug received. There were few bugs and flies found on the corner of the table. Tables were not entirely clean. Chairs have old stains which they seems never looked after(have a look at these things yourself when you get a courage to try this restaurant). Girl didn't come for 10 minutes after giving us a water glasses so we had to go to her and gave the order. Food started arriving one by one from about 15 to 20 minutes later which is still okay. But they missed to give us lassie until most of the dinner was consumed. We couldn't even asked during having dinner as no waiters were around our area for 20 odd minutes. Finally when we saw one of them, we had to call loudly(which seems very rude,I know! And i don't like that either) and let her know to cancel rest of the items(as she said she completely forgot, oops?).

And yeah, why is not waiters fault i would say us because to pay the bill, I had to wait at least 15 minutes on their counter as after i realised that i will have to go there as no one bothered coming to your table even after you completed food for about 10 to 15 min.

What a waste of time, money, food and...

My recent visit was unfortunately one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant hosting a birthday party. From start to finish, the evening was plagued by poor service and a clear lack of attention to detail. With the exception of a single individual, the staff appeared largely untrained and indifferent to our party. We constantly had to flag someone down, and our host repeatedly had to ask for drink refills – a basic service that should be automatic. The issues escalated when our celebration cake was inexplicably put in the freezer and completely ruined. This was a significant disappointment and shows a severe lack of care. The main dinner service was incredibly poor. We endured a 15-minute wait just for fresh bread to be brought out, which set the tone for a disorganized meal. When the food finally arrived, it was mediocre at best. Most items lacked taste, and the overall quality was just average. The desserts were arguably the worst part of the meal. They tasted as though they were reheated frozen brands from a grocery store, completely lacking in freshness or flavor. Overall, the restaurant delivered a truly subpar experience. The combination of untrained staff, inattentive service, ruined food, and bland dishes made for a very regrettable evening. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a quality dining experience or for a place to...

I went to my friend daughter’s birthday party on 9th May. I was very disappointed with the service provided by Haveli. The On tray was supposed to come at 6:30 but it was 1hour late and the dinner also was late 1 hour and the guests were so furious. There was no staff to attend the guests and the plates were everywhere in the tables and looks very messy. The guests needs to collect the plates and drinks also served only once and there were no additional drinks we could drink. Also, when we went to have the meals the plates were so dirty and broken. Last the dinner was so late all the guests were hurry to go home and they didn’t have chance to eat the dessert and all the desserts was thrown on the bins. I heard that the Haveli charged all the money from my friends pocket and it is not fair after they provide worse service to all the guests and my lovely friend who have organized the party for their daughter.

Last I’ll suggest all the peoples not to go and organize any parties at Haveli. We Nepalese group were so disappointed and disgusted by the service...

Well, to begin with, the place is very quaint. Cute decorations. However, if expecting something authentic like Haveli's chain in India, then you'll be in to be disappointed. While spaced evenly, it lacks the atmosphere of being homely, and feels kind of forced with the Punjabi vibes. The tables are strangely placed. However, that being said, the customer service is quite pleasant. This should be regarded, when saying that, on a busy night, make sure to expect that you'll be waiting for atleast 40-45 for one meal to arrive. The staff are not to blame, but make sure you have entertaining company, as the wait feels like an eternity. The food was a 5/10. Served a bit on the cold side, and the sauce and salad was forgotten, and had to be asked for. We left without the last meal, because the wait got too long. To conclude, it has potential, but that potential isn't served as well as it could be.

They just don’t care about the customer or value your money. This restaurant is a clear example of low food safety and quality. We ordered 9 naan bread and 3 curry’s and one tandoori chicken. Each curry’s vr charged at 17-19$ and the quantity was really low. It’s clear that they are over charging for a hue small portion. The worst was putter chicken. We had to search for chicken pieces. It’s a clear rip off. Naan bread were like crackers… crispy and flaky. I had to through away 6 to 7 naan breads. When I talk about quality. The mint dip was frozen…. Like who does that.. this shows that they have very low food safety and quality. Having all this going on my home party was a mess and I felt so embarrassed when I guest vr now eating the food. This may be a good late night shop when other shops are not open I will still not go there if I have to sleep empty stomach.

We recently visited this authentic Punjabi restaurant and were thoroughly impressed by the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The Amritsari Kulcha was delicious, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The veggie Manchurians were also a standout, wonderfully tasty and satisfying. Additionally, the service was exceptional. The girl at the front desk who took our order was extremely friendly and attentive, making our dining experience even better. Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic Punjabi cuisine and excellent service.
