Knew this place from my friends and today I bring my husband and the kids to eat here around 5ish. Hoping so we can enjoy a quick dinner since it wasn't that busy when we arrived. Only few tables has customers BUT...it's unexpectedly slow! They just completely forgot our orders. A server came and asked if we ready to order???!! We ordered 40 minutes a go! Another staff came and it seems they didn't have our orders yet and asking just to confirm what is our orders. I bet they don't even know what we ordered before. Unfortunately there's no apologies from them.I have been in food industry for quite some times and human error sometimes happened. But at least they could offer us a little compliment just to make us feels better while we were waiting for our foods which took forever especially the kids was very hungry.Bad policies! I guess you need to train your staff again or review your policy. Not recommended, might try other restaurants. To be honest plenty of korean restaurants...
Read moreI’ve tried most of the Fried Chicken flavours and some of their other dishes.. and concluded here are personal faves: Boneless Chicken with Onion (with white sauce) Boneless Chicken with Smoked Soy Rose Toppokki OG Korean Fried Cauliflower
Usually we spend about $20-30pp, depending if you order drinks or not. I think this place is perfect if you come with group of 4 or more — the foods are perfect for sharing! Also, you can also book if you come in big groups 😬
Buzza Chicken has two locations, and both of them are damn good! Lately I usually go the one in Melbourne Central (La Trobe) as it’s closer to where I live & also spacious for group dinner. They also have their own customer bathroom.
The foods came out pretty quick for a busy night. Generally the staff would not pay attention as much as all mainly self serve ie online order & water station and the staff will just have to focus on delivering orders.
Overall, I love Buza Chicken and will always come back from...

Ordered the Snow Cheese Fried Chicken because of other reviews but it was alright for me - maybe it's just my personal preference. The chicken was excellently cooked though! Crispy skin and tender meat.
The fries was delicious but next time I'll order it without the snow cheese topping - again, that's just my personal preference.
The soy smoked chicken was very unique, I haven't had anything like it. Very smokey. Perfect amount of sauce coating and the chicken was cooked perfectly as well. I wish more of the flavour is absorbed by the chicken, but regardless, I still really enjoyed it.
We really liked the pickled radishes and shredded cabbage!
Other reviewers are right, the price is slightly lower than other Korean fried chicken places and you get a 5% discount for paying cash.
There are plenty of seats, and the vibe is pretty chill.
Will definitely come back again to try other food...
