Carlton Pizzeria — Restaurant in Melbourne

Dissapointed. Highly disappointed. Ordered thru menulog, waited 2 hours for menulog to assign a driver. Eventually a driver was assigned to my order. Delivery guy said it was stone cold and I asked him to ask the staff to make a new pizza, knowing it was sitting there stone cold on the bench.

How is this acceptable to send out a cold pizza and not making a fresh one knowing it's been on the bench for 2 hours. Then for me to wait another 20 minutes thinking my fresh hot pizza was coming and you'd cancelled my order without telling me!! Not only was I charged for this pizza, I never even got it -...

There’s so much good pizza in Melbourne - don’t order from here. We ordered two pizzas from here takeaway, one gluten free and one normal. The gluten free pizza was almost inedible. The base tasted like sweet stale pancake mix. The toppings were old and scarce. There was barely any cheese or tomato base. I had one slice and threw it away. Ordered a pepperoni pizza on 25th April via Uber Eats. It was burnt, hard and dark! The pepperoni was stiff and the bread was completely over baked. It was the worst pizza experience. :( I ordered around 10pm so I am assuming it was near closing time? However this does not justify sending burnt or poor quality pizzas to customers.
