Ordered at 1:14pm, ordered garlic bread and kids meals w side chips . another person ordered salmon seperate docket
about 30 people in venue at time,
got garlic bread at 1:25pm, 1:50 comes around still no kids meals, told 2 minutes it will be out, 1:10 I go back up to manager and told that it will be out soon almost 1hr later. The waitress at till was sincer and apologetic both interactions. The manager on the other hand had Excuses for days of because we where a walk in meals are delayed, because kids meals are a main there delayed, but while talking to manager a salmon goes to a table of 2 and when asked how is there food coming out first the reply is they are a table of two so it comes out quicker. But the salmon was ordered as a single docket (and the table who received there’s first wasn’t even seated when we ordered). The manager did not care or show any form of regard to the fact 2 kids meals took almost an hour to heat (spag bol) didn’t even bother ordering mains as would hate to know how long that would’ve taken will never be coming back due to the lack of care from the manager on charge and the fact during lunch mid week meals take 1hr.
If I could I would...

Ordered two schnitzels; I specifically requested whether the chef could please achieve a Crispy fried breadcrumb finish for us tonight, as our one's breadcrumb coating from a few weeks before were soggy and stodgy. The meals came out in rapid time, literally 5 minutes if that, but were, sadly, soggy, oily and not crispy/golden at all. They seemed as if they'd been started, cooked half way, then taken off the stove and re cooked/finished at a later period. The table next to ours ordered the same meal and theirs were staggeringly different (superior) - Golden and deliciously crispy looking. I just can't understand how there can be such a difference in qualities of the same dishes that were ordered and served within a 15 minute period of the two tables ordering the respective meals.
I'd have rather waited longer for my meal and actually enjoyed a crispy fried schnitzel.
Disappointed. Maybe third time lucky?
A schnitzel isn't that...
Read moreWe had dinner last night there. When we asked The girl taking the orders of a certain meal had garlic or onion in it (as my partner is allergic to it) she replied “I dont know but yeah probably” and didn’t even offer to find out! The spaghetti calabrese had overcookedPasta drowning in sauce that had way too much garlic in it and a measly 2 small pieces of salami. Ribs arrived on platter with 6 edible wedges and a bowl of “salad” which was mainly lettuce. And the chicken parkas have shrunk to kid sized meals. Would not pay the price for the Parma again. Value for money has gone down the drain and the quality of the meals has declined. We were asked to move in the line so that “Tristan” could get “his”staff to walk past in a rather rude manner with no please or Thankyo. I have been a member there for a many years but am thinking of changing my loyalty to another rsl after last...
