A lovely hidden gem in a very small food court downstairs on the ground floor opposite the Chemist and Reject shop. It simply says "Asian" on the red sign. The Aunty taking the order is friendly and offered to make a special BBQ (Char Siew) pork Char Kwey Teow for me when I told her I couldn’t have seafood. My elderly parents had the seafood Char Kwey Teow. You can see the chef Uncle frying things in a large wok behind the counter, giving the noodles that authentic wok-fried char. The food is authentically Chinese, tasty, generous servings, and offers great value for the price. The noodles were served at just the right temperature and smelled so good that I ate my noodles too quickly to take a photo. I found the char siew pork pieces to be sliced to just the right size and was delightfully juicy and flavourful. The atmosphere is pretty good for a small nook food court, but it is relatively small and still a busy little food court.

This place is honestly some of the best authentic Chinese food you will have. I use to always come here years ago and moved abroad seven years ago, no joke when I booked my ticket to come back to Melbourne I put this first on my list! Totally out of the way but I love this place so much. Dandenong plaza has taken a huge decline over the years but this place has stood the test of time for a reason! The staff are friendly, the place is very clean, quiet also and big portions. My order is always the Mee Goreng, the best … won’t try it anywhere else it would just be disappointing. Also great chilli oil. Thank you!

For the price and Quality of food is defs a 5/5stars! My fav dishes from here try the No.4 duck with rice, No 19 beef noodles, No.22 Fried rice and the crispy pork ($15 worth) i have yet to try more but so far i have only come to have these dishes! Awesome service and free chilli oil with meals if you want. Each dish roughly $15-18 depending which you choose.

i wish to make a complaint of the grain asian food corner (opposite to reject shop) located in the same level as target, me and my friend being regular visitors to the restaurant got a really rude treatment on sunday 20th august. the manager who is in charge (middle aged asian male, short hair, who also cooks) turn off the light when we were still dining there, i do understand they had to go home at 4pm but its just a matter of manner that they should have to tell you first, and plus one of their employees (not dandenong plaza employee!) the cleaning lady had to stay back to mop the floor so not sure why was the rush to turn off the lights, as the cleaning lady would turn it off before she leaves. as a result i will never go there again and hope the store manager would contact me to apologize to me and my friend for such a nasty behavior towards the...
