Hands down the best souvlaki I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating!! The lamb had a beautiful charred flavour and was super tender. There was either a fennel in the salad or dill in the sauce that just made it perfect.👌 I rarely give a 5 in my reviews but these guys get that….keep it up and I look forward to my next visit down to Melbourne, as you guys are now my first port of call.

Great price and quality for the souvlaki. I ordered a chicken original souvlaki and it didn’t take long to receive my order. It was freshly made, with a fragrant smell and the taste even better. Will certainly go back next time I visit Preston Market.

Gyro is overpriced for the quantity of salty and over spiced meat in the wrap, but accommodating salad is fresh. Please add more garlic to the tzatziki!!

This restaurant is located in the Preston Market- today, they had a special Greek event there and this place RAN out of meat by 1pm... people were still lining up, the girl at the register was just saying 'none left' when we reached her, nodding her head in which we were very confused by with zero context, then a man (presumably the owner) was saying they might have chicken left in 10 mins, but couldn't guarantee it, he was still encouring us to put an order through, which made no sense if there was no guarantee- we'd basically pay for something we might not get and then have to go through a refund? Just seemed odd and a runaround!

We were left quite confused and a little frustrated by the situation, however, I completely understand that sometimes these things can happen, and it could have been a once off and genuine oversight regarding resources for the day, but it was handled quite poorly letting customers know what was happening- the cashier could have stepped outside to inform those in line that there was no meat left, instead of them waiting to reach the counter to find this out.

Hopefully this doesn't happen again as it did look delicious and seemed quite affordable as far as...

The first meal I had from EuroSpit was incredibly good. I never tasted a better gyro in my life before. I asked myself 'how come there is no long queue at this place???'. It's easily the best food in Preston Market!

I've eaten there 5 times now and I think I know what the problem is. 3 times the meat was so salty I wanted to throw the whole thing out. I could not finish my gyro. It was like putting sea water in my mouth. So disappointed.

How can you get it so wrong on some days, while other days it's just perfect? Different staff? I have no idea. But now I will only eat there when I want to...

DO NOT GO HERE! There's a reason everybody at the market always avoids this place. The veggies were old, the pickles were gray. Really gross. I thought to give them a chance, and had to wait 20 min just for some chips and meat. They had no system at all, some people would get food within a minute and others just have to keep waiting. They didn't even practice proper food safety, the same tongs were used to pick up dairy, pickle, vegs, etc.. The box they gave me was super greasy and I asked for a napkin and the girl at the register just straight up ignored me. Avoid this place...
