Gozleme Turkish Cafe — Restaurant in Melbourne

Firstly I would like to say that I know that this is not a fancy cafe it is casual so was not expecting it to be amazing,but at least decent! Basically we arrived at the cafe and ordered two simple cappuccinos which they only had to press a button to make... and one feta&spinach gozlme. We sat down at our table wating for it to be cleaned. (We waited about 10mins which is not that long.....) after that was the worst part! We waited 45 mins 😱😱 for our coffees to come. We even had to ask at the counter how long it would take! Other customers that were being served after us got their dishes before us! 😫😫 We honestly did not think that it would of took 45 mins to press a button to make coffe. Since it took so long to make the coffees we thought that they would be AMAZING! but when we got them we were extremely dissapointed! One cup was bigger and one was smaller! Other than that the coffe was absolutely horrible! It was pure milk!.. 15mins later our gozleme came! The only good part of the cafe was the gozleme! They were awesome but it would of been better if they came earlier! Gozleme were good but service was horrible. One of worst customer service in Melbourne. We just arrived from Sydney and went to lunch at this place and ordered few items including Gozleme. When we started eating noticed there was a cooked worm in the spinach and took it back to the counter. The lady at the counter was rude and said you would expect worms in a spinach and it's normal. Can't believe her response. She was not apologetic and did not care at all. Her attitude was very poor and we asked for our money back and she refused stating we had already eaten part of it. Couldn't believe a response and she also turned around and made a sarcastic comment to her fellow employee while we were standing there. I'm not sure if she's the manager of the place if not then the manager should take some serious action to improve customer service. This is very poor from an eatery in a busy place. Genuinely the best gozleme I’ve had. Ordered the spinach and feta gozleme and the sweet gozleme with fruits.
