I am deeply disappointed with the indian guy with a beard (employee) at the Hungry Jacks Highpoint branch. If you read previous comments, there have been some complaints about him. My friends and I had an incredibly disheartening experience during our recent visit. Upon entering the restaurant, we were excited to redeem our birthday vouchers for a simple burger treat. However, our excitement quickly turned to frustration when he, approached us and accused us of having fake IDs. It was shocking and hurtful to be met with such baseless allegations. The induan guy's demeanour was rude and confrontational as he proceeded to interrogate us in front of other customers. We were humiliated and felt like criminals, even though we were just there to enjoy a meal using our valid vouchers. Despite our attempts to explain that we were genuine customers, He refused to listen or provide any reasonable explanation for his suspicions. This lack of professionalism and respect left us feeling unwelcome and embarrassed. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with courtesy and appreciation for choosing to dine at Hungry Jacks. However, Raavi's behaviour completely disregarded our rights as customers, making our visit an unpleasant and distressing experience. I sincerely hope that the management team at Hungry Jacks takes this review seriously and addresses the issue promptly. Customer service training and conflict resolution skills are essential for the staff, especially for the store manager, to ensure that no other customer has to endure such treatment in the future. In conclusion, my friends and I left the store without continuing any other conversation with that guy due to his rude and offensive behaviour. It's disheartening to see an employee treats customers in this manner, and I strongly believe that action must be taken to improve the overall customer experience...

Read moreI feel like a bit of a Karen here but honestly had to say something. I worked at hungry jacks years ago so I know that all of the stores compete against each other with drive thru speeds with how long someone waits at the window to get their order and it shows the leaderboard for every stores average time every day. This stores idea is to send everyone to the parking bay instantly so I’d love to know the kudos they get for doing so well with drive thru speeds when in fact customers are continually waiting an age for a basic meal sometimes even just one item. I’ve lived here since 2020 and if I were to say that I’ve been here like 40 times since then I’d say at minimum 35 times I’ve been asked to go straight to the waiting bay. One time I even got just a BBQ cheeseburger by itself and they went in autopilot and went to ask me to park and I honestly just said actually I’d like to stay at the window please it’s one item, and the item literally came around that corner that second ready to go, so why ask me to park if it’s basically ready?...
