Kabul Kitchen VIC — Restaurant in Melbourne

After my wife was triaged at Dandy hospital, and headed to find some food having only had an orange since breakfast, and I stumbled across Kabul Kitchen by happenstance. A young gentleman took my order, was very friendly, shared about working on a farm in Shepparton while still at high school, and even had the courtesy to return with questions of his own to this old aussie. Great service, excellent food, and gifted me with a container of chickpea curry as they were closing for the evening. IF I ever have to treck to Dandenong again Ill be sure to drop past, even IF I have already had lunch that day. Thank you Kabul Kitchen, and please thank the young man...

Only change with the Afghan Bolani $7 is it's a little smaller. Still really yummy and the yoghurt sauce still slaps. YUM!

The service in this place has become terrible. Had to spend 15 minutes explaining my order to 4 members of staff. All untrained staff including manager do not understand difference between shami kebab and lamb kebab. Further more the lady manager wanted to charge me $200 for 4 skewers. The dish I wanted was displayed in the photos but the staff was not aware of it. The service continues to be terrible, once again the staff refused to serve what is shown in photos of dish.
