L'Amorino Italian Street Food & Pizza Bar — Restaurant in Melbourne

Incredible pizza slices and Italian sweets. The pizza has fantastic crunch so is texturally VERY satisfying - definitely no soggy pizza here which also makes it really easy to eat. Each slice is very sturdy to hold so good for on the go. The base has great dark colouring (but not burnt). The dough itself has stacks of flavour so I’m guessing it’s fermented over a reasonable period of time. The toppings have a surprising amount of flavour - the flavour of the mushrooms on the mushroom one was very strong. The leek on another really stood out. The spicy nduja was perfection - so much flavour!

The Italian sweets were incredible - the Iris was surprising as the texture on the outside was crunchy which provided a beautiful contrast to the soft dough and creamy ricotta inside. The lovely staff gave us one of their signature Baci’s for free - it was a soft and creamy melt in your mouth experience with a yummy touch of orange zest to brighten it up.

Hands down one of the best and most tastiest Pizza's and desserts in Australia. I've been coming here for over a year now and having had sooo many Cannoli's and Pizza's in Amalfi Coast, Florence, Milan, Naples, Pisa, Positano, Rome and Venice, L'Amorino Italian Street Food & Pizza Bar is still one of my all time favorite Italian Restaurants and one of the best in the world.

Fabulous staff who really care about their customers and have an incredible passion for Italian cuisine. Their food menu is incredibly delicious and authentic, bursting with rich Italian flavours that pair extremely well together and leave you feeling perfectly satisfied. The pizza bases are crispy with a soft airy internal structure so you're not left feeling bloated. I would highly recommend the seafood and tuna pizzas, or a classic magherita if you're feeling like something simple. If you're looking for the best Italian pizza in Melbourne, look no further than L'Amorino.. will certainly be coming back again...
