I had a terrible experience here. We waited over an hour for our food, only to be told by the waitress that our order didn’t go through. No apology, no effort to make things right—just a casual "it happens." We were starving and frustrated by the lack of communication. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy, so there’s really no excuse for this kind of service. We left without eating and won’t be coming back. Definitely not worth the hassle. Just to add Despite arriving before several other tables, we watched as they were served ahead of us — even with small, quick-to-prepare dishes. I am not one to do many reviews of the places I go to, as not many have deserved the time to leave a review, but today, I had a completely different experience than all the Latin or Colombian restaurants, today's dish was a (special) dish only available on weekends, a fish soup (catfish), rice with coconut and plantains and a portion of avocado, personally I have never liked soups, but this was the best soup I have ever had in my life, I 100% recommend to fish lovers (catfish) and to those who don't like it to give this dish a try, maybe it will change their perspective! Más importante que cualquier otra cosa, resalto la cálida atención que ofrecen Humberto, Lorena y su excelente equipo de colaboradores. Siempre con una hermosa sonrisa y disposición para atender me recuerdan gratamente la calidez del colombiano. Lo anterior y sumado al ambiente entre tropical y moderno, con la música que nos anima a bailar o cantar, me llevan con nostalgia a recordar esos paseos en familia y detenerse a mitad de camino para disfrutar de un delicioso menú al mejor estilo de Colombia. Y hablando de menú me impresiona la cantidad de opciones que ofrece este lugar para deleitar el paladar con sus deliciosos platos y pecaditos que es imposible no cometer... Además, ofrecen una interesante variedad de productos para llevar a casa, que para nosotros los colombianos es de gran valor como las galletas ducales, Chocolisto, wafer jet entre muchos otros. Felicitaciones a esta apuesta que hacen Lorena y Humberto, pues creo que logran reunir muchas cosas de Colombia en un espacio donde es casi seguro que uno salga con el "corazón contento".

More important than anything else, I highlight the warm attention offered by Humberto, Lorena and their excellent team of collaborators. Always with a beautiful smile and willingness to serve, they pleasantly remind me of the warmth of the Colombian people. This and the tropical and modern atmosphere, with music that encourages us to dance or sing, make me nostalgically remember those walks with the family and stop halfway to enjoy a delicious menu in the best Colombian style. And speaking of menu, I am impressed by the amount of options this place offers to delight the palate with its delicious dishes and little sins that are impossible not to commit.... In addition, they offer an interesting variety of products to take home, which for us Colombians is of great value as ducales cookies, Chocolisto, wafer jet among many others.
