We started with Paani Puri, crunchy little semolina balls filled with spiced potato and noodles. We then spooned a little of the accompanying broth into the opening. It was such a great entree to wake up the tastebuds.
Buffalo isn't exactly on our everyday menu, so we had to try the Buffalo Chilli Momo (dumplings). Tender morsels of juicy meat wrapped in parcels sat in a pool of rich, scrumptious curry. This was a hearty and comforting dish, which we paired with chicken and egg Bara (lentil pancakes) that came with its own curry sauce. The spices gave aroma and flavour rather than heat.
